Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLY]The statement from the dealer is completely false!!! I would like to have them investigated for fraud on the claim of being a pre owned certified dealer.1)The car WAS NOT serviced before being delivered to meThe wheel well was as described at the time I looked at the vehicle at the dealership, I have a witness that brought this defect to their attentionIt was further damaged after delivery to me.2) The sales person offered to bring the car to me "At no additional charge." I DID NOT ASK!!3) There should have NEVER been any charge to me for THEIR oversight in servicing the vehicleThe fuel consumption was not functioning properly at allThis was a major concern for me since I traveled miles a day and I had to fill up twice in four daysThis is not close to the MPH advertised4) I did NOT back out of the purchase of the vehicle and nor did they incur ANY additional services required to keep my depositThey are crooks and should be investigated for fraudThe vehicle was not working properly at the time of purchaseIt was obvious that NO service had been preformedI was not comfortable that the vehicle I was purchasing was a quality purchaseAt that point of having to fill up a vehicle twice in a four day period, I felt I had been scammed by these people

Revdex.com:
Although I disagree with some of the claims and statements in the business response, relative to complaint ID ***, I find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

The ***s purchased an Acadia on the 26th of May A number of days after the vehicle was purchased Mr*** called and stated that we had deceitfully installed a license plate bracket on the front of the carWe explained to him that the bracket had been installed from the time the vehicle had been in our inventory on April 29th He refused to believe us so we politely and respectfully sent him pictures of his car prior to him purchasing it with the bracket already installedI have included those in this email also with an RO showing where we did install it.We then offered to remove and install the color match plugs at no charge (if he chose to purchase the plugs)This is the last we have heard from Mr*** until I received a Revdex.com complaint from him. While I do not agree that we should be responsible to install these and pay for the plugs Mr*** is more than welcome to call my service deptand schedule a time to have them put on at no charge.Thank you*** ***

Regarding complaint [redacted], I am happy to advise that this issue has been resolved.  The auto dealer mentioned in the complaint has provided the desired resolution, which was completed today, 5 Aug 2016.  [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

BBQ We did receive a call from Country Chevrolet re repair of front of our Acadia with the removal of the license plate bracket.   We did agree to bring it in with to the dealership will replace holes they drilled with plugs with no charge to us.   The dealer statement said they sent...

pictures to us but we never received any.  I really can't believe  removing this was going to be such a big deal.  Regardless of this bracket being on this vehicle before or after shouldn't make a difference, they drilled holes in the front of this SUV for this license holder.    We traded in a beautiful Volvo car, we gave them a spare tire we had purchased about 2 months before the trade in at the cost of $250.00, which was not in the car when we agreed to trade.  The car only came with a can of fix a flat only.  We decided to go ahead and give this to them to help sell the car.  We do have a receipt for the spare..  Nothing has ever been mentioned about this.     Thank you [redacted]

[redacted] bought the car on Saturday 2/27. We had to deliver the car to her the next week after she completed all of her paperwork on Saturday because we were not finished with the used vehicle inspection.  Apparently when we delivered the vehicle the inner fender was missing a very small...

rivet. She brought the vehicle back in the next week to our service department and was supposed to pick the car up the following day. We agreed to fix the fender well and rivet at no charge to the customer and apologized for overlooking it. We ran a fuel consumption test on the Equinox. We drove it 99 miles at an average speed of 46 MPH and recorded 23.8 MPG. While the car was in our dealership we received a call from GM financial stating that they were not funding the deal because the customer would not cooperate and refused complete the customer interview. The customer interview is what the banks do to confirm that the buyer is who they say they are. When we found out that the bank wasn’t going to fund the deal our sales department contacted [redacted]. At this point she informed us that she was backing out of the deal. Keep in mind [redacted] has given us a down payment and signed a GM Financial contract. We have gone out of our way to deliver the car to her house. We fixed the repairs on a vehicle that was sold AS-IS for no charge. Our Staff packaged the contract and mailed it to the lender and also packaged all of the licensing documents and had them prepared to send to the courthouse for licensing. We have no way to enforce the contract because she refused to do a customer interview. Since the customer backed out of the deal we kept the partial payment to offset our costs, miles on the car and the week in which she drove it. We have since sold this car to a very satisfied customer with nothing but praise. This was strictly a case of buyer’s remorse in our opinion. No one ever called her a liar, we simply stated the actual fuel economy that the car was getting. We also tried to convince [redacted] to continue to keep the vehicle or possibly switch to something else. We do not call our customers liars, we inspect every vehicles sold which is why we made her wait for delivery to ensure the vehicle was properly inspected and safe for sale. I can provide documents of all of the contracts, vehicle ROs in the shop, and even pictures of the fuel consumption test if you would like. Please feel free to contact myself or [redacted] at the store. I apologize that the first notice was not responded to. It just never made it to the right person to respond. Please do a google search on our store, you will see we take customer satisfaction very seriously. [redacted]GMCountry ChevroletBenton, KY
