I placed an order from Wishy Washi Tape on 1/1/I had not received my order as of 2/1/and sent the company an email to inquire about my shipmentI got an automated response back stating that they had moved across the country and orders were delayed, which is the same info that was on their website when I placed the orderThere was no mention of exactly how long delivery would take, so I continued to waitI sent another email on 12/7/stating that if I wouldn't receive my order by 1/1/16, I wanted my money back, as this would've been a full year since I placed the order and I felt was plenty of time for my order to be fulfilledI did not receive a responseI sent an additional email on 4/8/again asking for my money back, but again I received no responseI have searched for the company's phone number and Facebook page, but I cannot find any information to contact themI want my money back, as I spent more than $with nothing to show for it

The response from Wishy Washi Tape does not address my order that was placed 7 1/2 months ago that was never sent. The response is there blanket auto-response. I want a refund for my total amount as most of the products I ordered are now out of stock.
