Review: I have been trying to contact this company via email since May [redacted] for support. I am unable to log into my account. I have a website with them, which I am paying for and I need to make changes to it. I have emailed them 8 times since then, but I am not getting any assistance. I seem to get these automated responses to "log in" for assistance, which I obviously cannot do. When I enter my log in information, it just goes back to the log in screen.
I have tried to reset my password, but that has not helped.
I did receive an email from them around May the [redacted] 2014, stating that there website had be breached, but that there were no problems. I don't know if this is part of the problem.Desired Settlement: I really just want to be able to log in into the site, so I can continue to make changes to the website ASAP.
Review: WIX website services hides behind page after page of redirects and it is nearly impossible to connect to anyone in this company to resolve issues with their products and services. Once they have your money its impossible to get a hold of anyone for support. They redirect you to their online support forums which are useless.Desired Settlement: I want someone to call me and help me sort out the issue I have.
