Very disrespectful to my daughterThey actually robbed her $and was extremely rude to me pn the phoneThe *** lady that's there needs training in customer service or better training about her jobI am thinking about filing a law suit for misleading information and giving my child the wrong contactsThe doctor needs to get back to his customers when they callWorkers can't always be there to cover for him

Review: On July [redacted] 2015 I called Wizard of eyes in [redacted] A young lady picked up saying hello so I responded by asking if this was the location I am trying to reach and that I am looking to get a refund on contacts a purchased a few months back. She placed me on hold. I waited five minutes after realizing this person may not come back I hung up and called again. The same voice picked up and I stated that I was placed on hold she immediately told me hold on and placed me on hold again for me to wait another five minutes. After realizing again that no one is coming back I hung up again.called a third time a different person picked up. She asked me what the problem was after telling her that I was placed on hold twice. She further asked the reason for my refund I told her that the contacts having me suffering from severe dry eyes. She told me I would have to come in to see the doctor. I asked if he was a specialist she said yes I said but I did nothing see any certification for that she continued to say he was. She then proceed to ask my name I asked her how would that help that I am only asking if a refund can be done but I opt to give her anyway. She placed me on hold two min later someone else comes on the line her name I have and asked me what the problem was. I asked what happened to the other lady she said she can help me what is the problem "sweetie". So I had to repeat myself again she then responded that it was up to the doctor to determine the refund and then asked me a series of questions 1. Do I have allergies? no I responded. Then she too said I would have to come in I told her there is no need for me to come in for a refund could I speak with the doctor on the phone. She then responded that this dr. does not speak to patients. I told her this is a first to hear such and then asked her when will he be in so that I can call back, she said she does not know when he will be back that he is between offices so I said he goes back and forth? I asked this because I wanted to ask the location of the other. She did not give the response I was looking for and she said that is not what she said so I said miss can I get his name she asked me who is this I said ms I gave you my name she then stated that they could not find my file so they do not know who I am. I responded and said how do you lose a file that is not even four months old? No answer. So I began to tell her that I went to see my doctor who then told me that I can get surgery done as an option. So I did it so I can explain why I was selling a refund and that there was no need for me to see the doctor because I am recovering from the surgery at the moment. She then responded and said people do not get surgery done because of contacts. I said miss that is not what I am saying that was my option. While saying this she spoke over me raising her voice. I asked her repeatedly to lower her voice which she did not. She said you would need to come in. I told her by the time I get out there you are close this was a problem for me when I came there the first time. So can I have his name she told me no that they do not know who I am and then hung up on me. I was in total shocked of how they handled this situation of all my years of wearing glasses I never experienced such disrespect. I spent $300 dollars in this place on the same day for my sons glasses which was $100 and a year supply of disposable contacts that cost $200 I am only asking for the $200 back but after this incident I want all money back I would even give back my sons glasses at this point. I am so upset because it was not the first that this lady screamed at me which is why I am complaining now. Thank you for your time and patience.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate getting a full refund of what I spent with this store and cut all ties with them. This lost should open their eyes to not continue to handle customers like we live in the projects. It was not professional and the staff at this location should be retrained.
