I had a membrane roof installed as part of a roof installation during the summer with a finish date in May 2014. The membrane roof has had issues with some of the seams with the most recent seam issue being noticed and reported by my wife or myself in September 2014. We have left voice mail, text messages initially and Mr. [redacted] said that he had repaired the area, which was the wrong area, a few days later. We called and left voice messages on his cell and sent text messages along with a picture of the problem area by 3 OCT 2014, Mr. [redacted] said he could not see the attached image, and said he would be out. After a week he said he did not have any material to effect the repair and that he would be out the following week. Mr. [redacted] has been very unresponsive to follow up text messages and voice mails and only after an email from myself and a text message from my wife on 6 NOV 2014 did he respond and texted my wife that he would be out to perform the repair on 10 NOV 2014. Mr. [redacted] did not perform the repair and again has not responded to voice messages or text. I called his number and left a message stating what the issue was and that he needed to contact us as to a date to perform the repair or I would try and resolve this issue through both the Revdex.com as well as through the courts if necessary.Product_Or_Service: Membrane Roofcount_Number: XXXXX-XXXXXXDesired SettlementI would like this contractor to honor his obligations to repair the membrane roof in a timely and professional manner without us having to go through this difficulty of trying to reach him and not receiving any kind of reply. If this is not possible then I would like to pursue a refund for the cost of the materials and installation of the membrane roof. The contract said that there is a 10 year contractor labor warranty on the membrane roof.
