Purchased a High Iron & Burning Rubber set on 2/28. The cars worked for a little more than a hour. 3/3 Called and sent emails to Walthers and was promised 2 new car chassis. After 2 weeks I received nothing. Another e-mail was sent 3/18 but Customer Service stated they never received my address info although I replied back with the same info. Another 2 weeks and received no email and no replacements. I sent an email 3/30 to the Vice President, Sales and Marketing who responded promptly along with the Customer Service Manager's email address. Again, I received nothing. No calls, No emails, No replacement cars.
