that The other thing that he did is he actually signed electronically that he understood specifically our no refund policy In order to make a booking with us online like that gentleman did, he was electronically required to sign stating that he understood that The typical way that this type of situation is resolved is the customer would go to their credit card company and they would go ahead and dispute the charge with their credit card company He is obviously welcome to go ahead and do that What's going to happen on our end is they ask us to send an explanation as to why he shouldn't be getting a refund as we are going to explain to them the exact same thing we just explained to you We have successfully defended several of these things - we get maybe or a year over the thousands of students we push through our organization every year We have expressed to the gentleman that he is welcome to use the purchase he made for a year, it's good for an entire year or he is welcome to transfer it to anyone he likes, we just need to know who he is transferring it to If he wants to go ahead and give it to someone or sell it to someone, it is ups to him However, we do have a very specific no refund policy, and he has again electronically signed that If you have any more questions you are welcome to give us a call back
