Review: I bought 2 chairs from Tamara at Wolf home on September **, 2015 and was told the delivery would take 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I called and spoke to the manager, Shazam, who said they were sorry but the leather was out of stock, but the manufacturer would receive it in 2-3 days and then do my chairs. I called 2 weeks later and was told my order had to go to the end of the production list with the manufacturer because that is how they handle their work and Wolf home has no control over this. I went to the store and was asked if I wanted to cancel the order and I said not if they assured me they would be in my apartment in 2-3 weeks. I assured they would be. I told them it was his responsibility to follow up on the day they would be shipped to them which should have been Friday November ** (13 weeks after the original order) and he said he would follow up. He did not. I called yesterday and was told that he was out until 5. I called at 5:45 and was told to hold on he was on the phone. Then their customer service person got on after 5 minutes and said he didn't come in today (they all sit at desks in front of each other) I told her I wanted to cancel my order and emailed the president also asking to be contacted this morning. No one contacted me. I just called no one answers, I called the internet sales number and the person said no one in the store was available but they would give my message to Shazam. I said they had 10 minutes or else I was filing this email. I am now traveling 20 minutes to the store but have little help of getting any satisfaction.Desired Settlement: Cancel the chairs and issue an apology and say they will stop these shady practices
