They may take good care of their owner clients but they rip off their renters big timesince when does it cost over $ for housecleaning a small house that was cleaned by the tenants before they left? Padding the bill MUCH??

I had a few general questions about renting a property and two people from Wolfe & Associates called me right back and took the time to listen and discussI wasn't a client, and the property I was interested in renting wasn't even a property they manage, so I was really impressed at how quickly they responded and how helpful they wereI had called a few other management companies prior and nobody was willing to take the time to answer my very simple,general questionsEven the receptionist at Wolfe took the time to understand what information I needed so she could direct my call to the right people.If I am ever in the market to rent again, I would definitely consider renting through themFriendly, knowledgeable and professional

I was a tenet in a property own by Wolf and Associates Property Services for yearI was due to move out by the 19th of MarchMy prorated rent was for the amount of $759.39, that was given to me by the on site property managerI paid rent on time , and moved out on timeWhen I recieved my security deposit back with a list of charges and receiptsI noticed an extra charge for the month of MarchI reached out to both on site and wolfe property management I was told that they made a mistake on the amount I owed , and that I actually was to pay for the month of marchI explained how that was only an $difference, and after a few minutes of them telling me that the statements and receipts that they had sent me, were incorrect and some how I owed them more money i.e$They finally acknowledge that we were indeed looking at the same statementsSeeing how the assistant manager and I were not getting anywhere, I asked to speak with her manager And she refuses Not

First, my...

apologies for the belated response, I was out of the office
last week and as I take customer concerns very seriously am the primary point
of contact for any inquiries with the Revdex.com.
I reviewed the charges, inspection report and move out
photos for your apartment at 6667 Picasso Road. 
I would like to understand your specific concerns and feel that it would
be beneficial for the two of us to meet. 
I’m available any day this week or next and can be available after
business/school hours if needed.  My

 Please note that while
we request that disputes are filed within two weeks of the date they are
received we regularly receive and answer disputes many months after people
vacate.   We understand that it takes
time to receive the move out packet and for roommates to discuss the deposit reconciliation.
The move out packet that we send via mail contains the move
out inspection report, invoices from the vendors that performed work in the
apartment and a breakdown of the costs attributed to the former resident and
the property owner.   We are happy to
send a new packet if this packet is not received.  However, we do ask that folks wait for the
packet to come via the mail otherwise we would be inundated with requests to
receive what would end up being duplicate information.
Lastly, I was concerned about and checked on your mail key
issues.  I see in our maintenance log
that you contacted us on July 13th at 10:28am to report that your
mail key was not working.   Dwight, one
of our maintenance techs responded and new lock was installed by 1:00 the same
day.  While I can understand the
frustration with receiving a non-working key at the time you moved in I feel
that once reported we handled the situation as expediently as possible.

Review: On my security deposit refund, I was charged for a routine carpet cleanup and paint/clean up even though the apartment was returned in the same (if not better) conditions than when it had been handed over. We were given a limited amount of time to dispute the claims. However, they would only give the information via mail, and then didn't provide me with a working mailbox key until about two weeks after move in.( I rented another property from them). Since then I have sent two emails, the first dating back two weeks ago and received no replies or calls from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted and be given an explanation as to why so much of my security deposit was withheld - especially for unfair charges and be refunded if in fact the charges made were proven to be unfair.
