I have no idea what job he is referring to but it is not ours."The original crew?" One person was on the job more than random other people. Please provide the names of the "original" crew as I never met them. Their had to be a total of 10 different people, alteast.The gouges taken out of our California redwood during the scraping process by someone who did not know what they were doing has not been addressed.The faulty/messy glazing has not been addressed.The lack of equipment that we had to supply has not been addressed.The unprofessional disaster of a paint job on the front of the house was not addressed.Unqualified people that worked on our house has not been addressed.Certa pro workers using the restroom on the side of our shed has not been addressed.also, they painted ALL of our windows shut and after repeated requests finally returned to try and correct two weeks later. We could not open our windows in the nice weather.Certa pro employees showing up on Sunday evening unannounced while it was pitch black and close to freezing.I could go on and on.also, I would like to know who was on Certa pro payroll for the months of September, October and November.[redacted]

Phone response - I am standing by my initial response, I had an expert give his opinion, there really is nothing more to add.

The original CertaPro crew that was assigned this job has been working as a sub for CertaPro since July 2012 and had been painting prior to that.   Power washing began 9/2/15 and prep and painting shortly after.  The original job did only take 3 days and we were asked to return to...

address some touch-ups and misses.  The project, at the customers request, entailed pole sanding the entire structure, a full prime coat with primer of the customers choosing, and finally the top coat with a paint of the customers choosing.  Almost immediately after completion, the front of the house only (sun side) began developing blisters in the paint.  I requested the [redacted] field technician to visit (even though it wasn't their paint products) and recommend a cause and solution.  The tech's opinion was that the front of the home had been repeatedly painted for curb appeal and the excessive layers of paint were not allowing the siding to breath.  Thus the blistering.  The consumer paid in full and we decided to see if the condition worsened.  Ultimately, CertaPro agreed to scrape, strip, and sand the front as close to bare wood as possible and re-prime and re-paint the front at our expense.
