Review: The advertisement stated Free Trial just pay shipping $3.95. I got three messages that the amount of $3.95,$4.95 and $19.99 had been taken from my account. When I called, the person I spoke with wanting me to understand why I should have these products. I finally had to get rude to make him understand, I didn't want the other two products. I only wanted the Free trial which was advertised. He finally agreed to refund me for the $19.99 but couldn't refund the other and assured me that no other charges would be made to my card. A month later, $67.49 was taken from my account. I call again and this person will not take the product back which gave me nightmares in the first place informing me basically that the whole bottle wasn't free, will not refund my money and to top it off, she wants $1.95 to do a cancelation on my account with them. That was my first and last time ordering a free trail on the internet. This is a total scam!Desired Settlement: I want my money back and for NO other charges to be made to my account.
I would love to think that nobody else would be done this way by this company. This has really hurt me and my children.
