Review: the company sent me an email stating that I can get the rest of the season games to watch on any device for $9.99, however when I did the deal they charged me $14.99 and they won't respond to my emails nor will they call me to discuss this matter. I have wrote them several times and it's with my regret that they have not responded, but when I forgot my login information they responded to that. I want a refund or an adjustment of $5.00. I have the email as proof that they offered $9.99so if you need that proof I can provide that information.Desired Settlement: I would like the price of $9.99 instead of $14.99. so I am asking for a $5.00 refund or an entire refund. I could always repurchase the product as they have corrected it on their website.
