After reading the customer's complaint, there are a few issues I would like to addressFirst and most importantly is the fact that when the customer returned to my shop with a flat tire I showed him the damage that the tire had suffered due to him driving the car. The damage was in fact
consistent with hitting a potholeNot a defect in the tire or improper installation. The tire would not be able to hold pressure for four days if it was improperly installedSecond, the customer is alleging that he drove the car for four days and did not go over a speed of mph which is completely implausible. I also would like to mention that I loaned the customer a tire, which he left out of his complaint, in the interim at no charge. I discarded the customer's tire only after I reached out to *** to see if the tire was under warranty which it was notHad the customer mentioned that he would have liked to keep the tire I gladly would have given it to him thereby alleviating myself of the cost that I incur with each and every discarded tire. When I read the customer's complaint on October *** I reached out to him on October *** at 11:am and explained that he damaged his tire while driving his car during that four day period and that nothing we did was improper I also reminded him that I showed him the damage when he returned to my shopAlthough I am not responsible for replacing his tire I agreed to do so because I am a local businessman with an impeccable record

Review: I purchased a brand new Goodyear Eagle F1 run flat top of the line tire on Thursday 9/**/2014 and had it installed and the tire went flat due to a defect in the tire or installation and I returned to get it fixed on Monday 9/**/2014. I drove the car approximately 45 miles in 4 days at a rate of about 20 to 25 mph exercising extreme caution. I had to purchase an additional tire at $339.24 because [redacted] from Wond-A-Rama said that I caused the tire to go flat, when there was no visible damage and he would not entertain the idea of a defective tire or improper installation. When I contacted [redacted] directly myself, the representative attempted to have tire inspected at Wond-A-Rama approximately 20 hours after I was there, [redacted] from Wond-A-Rama alleged that he discarded it costing me a full refund from the manufacturer because there was allegedly no tire to inspect.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund as Wond-A-Rama did not provide the service that I had came in for. They are in the tire business a long time and I did not get an adequate and effective tire. I believe it was used or defective.

Had the customer mentioned that he would have liked to keep the tire I gladly would have given it to him thereby alleviating myself of the cost that I incur with each and every discarded tire.
