Great people ,great customer service that I have never seen anywhere this is my first visit and they offer me free alignment beside the major engine work .I would like to recommend for anyone who's anticipate 5 star customer service.

Review: On October 8th, 2014, at or arournd 5:45pm I contacted Wonder Automotive Inc, informed the mechanic Ahrad K[redacted] that my SUV required the replacement of Brake Lines. I informed him that Merchant's Tire & Auto Repair would pay for the cost of the Work Order. I also informed him the SUV did not have brakes and offered to provide a tow truck through my insurance road side service. He replied " I'll put in brake fluid and drive the truck across the street to Wonder Automotive" Mr. Ahrad K[redacted] diregarded my offer and proceeded to move the SUV to the disired location. The car went to reverse, he failed to control the vehicle and caused an accident and more damage to my vehicle. He was cited by the police and given a ticket. Police complaint #[redacted]. Mr. Ahrad K[redacted] refused to provide any insurance information or acknowledge being at fault for the damage of my vehicle. As an employee of Wonder Automovtive Inc. ,he as blatantly refused to mediate for the damage he caused to my property. On the 8th day of October after the accident, other members of the automobile repair shop approached me to quote prices the shop charged to repair the brake line and not discuss the damage Ahrad K[redacted] has caused to my vehicle with malice and irresponsiblity. As an employee of Wonder Automotive Inc. Mr. Ahrad K[redacted] displayed unprofessionalism and poor judgement as a mechanic/auto repair technician.Desired Settlement: I would like to mediate with a responsible representative of Wonder Automotive Inc. to discuss the repair/replacement of my vehicle, to avoid filing a complaint with D.C. Superior Court - Small Claims Division.

On October 8-2014 [redacted] came to our shop Wonder Automotive at around 4 p.m and explained to us that her suv was been worked at at [redacted] tires and informed us that she wanted us ti fix the brake line . one of our employees went next door to pick the vehicle and when he started the car and tried to put the gear in reverse the gear was stuck in reverse and the brake line was busted and was unable to stop the car..it rolled backwards and hit a moving bus. at no time did she informed us about her transmission problem or either about the busted brake line which she has the resposiblity to do . specially since she was informed of the problem by [redacted] tires. we later find out that the reason she wanted to bring it to our shop in the first place was because [redacted] tires refused to work on the car because of the car had too much rust and didnt think t it was safe to work on it...furthermore our employee exchanged insurance information both with the bus driver and [redacted] and is under investigation to determine responsibility . so Wonder Automotive is working in good faith and anxiously awaiting for our insurance findings..it's unfortunate [redacted] chose to file a complaint since all we tried to do was help her.....We at Wonder Automotive believe in customer service and our record speaks for itself..Thank You

There are video camaras outside the [redacted] Tire Shop that records the mechanic of Wonder Automotive viewing the work order, pouring brake fluid in the car. He was fully aware of the brake problem, he even stated that he could give me a better price, than [redacted] Auto dealer, the mechanic will not admit that he used poor judgement. I offered him a tow truck, he refused. The time I entered his shop was not 4:00, it was near closing time, he was to eagar to get the vehicle in the garage before closing, that's the only reason I believe he refused the tow truck. There are security camaras to view where the car was parked. The machanic will not accept responisbilty for his mistakes. He asked the manager of [redacted] Tire for the brake fluid. He was fully aware of the brake problem. He forgot there was a third person who witnessess that he was aware of the brake problem. The [redacted] Tire Manager even explained to him how many brake lines he would pay to get repaired.

TRY TO CALL HER SO MANY TIMES NO RESPONSE. THANKS
