Wonder Cuts Hair Salon

I went to Wonder Cut to get a hair cut. I sat patiently waiting while the lady was cutting a mans hair. It seems to me she was really done, and wanted to dragged it out? I noticed the place was a mess, hair was everywhere, huge pile, no care taken to clean up, no cleaning of scissors, or combs or anything, there was hair everyplace I liked, it was gross, but I really need my hair done. Anyway, I sat down and during the haircut, I asked if she cleaned your tools, and she got so MAD and angry she told normally I would ask the customer to leave but I am in the middle of your hair but I will finish, well she didn't finish my hair, actually was the worst haircut I ever had, she got paid, and I want my money back plus, more after all that, I want that place look into. she is the rudest, nastiest person I have ever met.Product_Or_Service: hair cutDesired SettlementI would you like to please process this for the refund of the haircut, please. This is a laws being broken here, not just her being rude.Business Response Dear all parties included: First of all, I warmly invite anyone familiarizing himself or herself with consumer's complaint to my salon for his/her own assessment. I take great pride in the condition and cleanliness of my business as well as the time and care I devote to each client. In seventeen years of my profession I have never had any problems of this nature. No laws have ever been broken with perfect Board inspections since the opening of my business.Ms. [redacted] has frequented my salon more than once with no past complaints. On that particular day she tossed her money at me saying, "Take your [redacted] money. You don't deserve it." and violently slammed my door, damaging it in the process as well as frightening me.I will not refund the haircut now for 2 reasons: (1) Ms. [redacted] telephoned and demanded a refund after that day, which I readily agreed, but she never showed up for it. Obviously her intentions are much more malicious and of a bullying nature at this point and (2) Her claims are entirely false. I am a small business owner who built this business from the ground-up with a large and very loyal client base. I accept all guests regardless of their graciousness, so I do invite Ms. [redacted] to return, however, when she is less erratic and unreasonable. I am in the process of turning her in to the Division of Professional Licensure for running a business for lack of cleaning. I asking this women while she was cutting my hair if she cleaned her tools, like the combs and scirrors and she stopped cutting my and said to me I usually ask the person to leave but since I am the middle of your hair I will finish, well she didn't finish my hair, It was the worse hair cut I looked Like Heck, it like a lawn motor just cut my hair, I was very upset, and I was mad, very mad, I did pay and I did use a bad word at her, and I slam the door, I know I didn't break the door, that is just [redacted] her clients all men. I am want my money back.Final Business Response I amusingly look forward to disproving Ms. [redacted]'s claims of broken laws and uncleanliness if the opportunity presents itself with whomever she is "in the process of turning me in to."It is most disturbing that Ms. [redacted] minimized the severity of her behavior that day. Clearly she does not recognize the consequences of her public display of violence, even after self reflection.
