Review: Dissatisfied with the quality/appearance/customer service of pedicure and manicure. After 3 failed attempts of re-doing the pedicure my daughter left the establishment, returning the following day to speak with manager/owner. He refused to refund the money for services, after yelling and intimidating my daughter, bringing her to tears. I entered the business and requested a refund, again refusing, saying they would do her nails again. Again I requested a refund so we could leave the establishment since my daughter was under total distress and in tears. During our conversation, the manager walked away from me and returned to my daughter to mock her in front of me, making her cry even more. I told him not to disrespect her and direct all comments to me. Seeing the extreme distress my daughter was in, We left the business, without any resolve.Desired Settlement: Refund of pedicure/manicure $65.00
