Wonderland Incentives Reviews (3)

Review: On October 18th, 2012 my husband and I attended a sales presentation for a company selling vacation packages. As an incentive for attending, we were promised a free cruise with airfare and hotel accomodations for attending the presentation. We were presented with certificates at the end of the presentation to fill out and send to Wonderland Incentives for redemption. Two weeks later we received documentation on how to proceed to redeem our cruise, airfare and hotel accomodation. We were to return the original documentation we received along with 'registration and processing fees' totaling 168.00. We thought that was a bit odd, since the cruise, airfare and hotel accomodations were supposed to be free, but given that we haven't traveled much, we thought that 168.00 was still a good deal. We mailed at check for that amount, (check # [redacted]), which was cashed on December 11th 2012. On January 7th, we again received further registration forms and documents to fill out from Wonderland Incentives and [redacted], which through my research I discovered are the same company. When looking over the paperwork, a 'red flag' went up for a number of reasons-first of all, the spelling and grammar on the paperwork was very unprofessional and poorly written, and second of all, we were asked to send in additional 'processing and registration fees'-this time $55.00 per person per night for the cruise, $75.00-$105.00 in taxes, surcharges, and processing fees for each traveler for the airfare, and a 'one time redemption fee of $15.00 for processing, postage and handling for the hotel, which after researching I discovered is a time share property. On January the 11th, I contacted Wonderland Incentives via email that I was not happy to have been mislead and that their advertising practices were deceptive and asked for a refund of 168.00, the amount we initially paid, and that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I received a reply the following day, stating that they do not engage in deceptive practices but since I was not satified, they would refund the 168.00. When I did not receive anything by February 11th, (one month later), I again contacted them and told them I was giving them the benefit of the doubt before filing a complaint, but I had not yet received my refund. This time, I was told by a different person who replied that they needed my original documentation in good condition-which I had already sent them- in order to get my refund. I told them I already had sent this documentation to them, but they are now saying they have no record of that in my file. I waited another month, again to give them the benefit of the doubt before filing a complaint, but have received nothing, so I am now forced to follow through on my word-not only to get my 'registration and processing fees' returned but to warn others to beware.Desired Settlement: I want my 'regisration and processing fees' refunded, which totaled $168.00. The check number was [redacted] and was cashed on December 11th, 2012.

Review: Promotion for vacation was issued by Grand Incentives Inc. to me and my wife for attending a vacation meeting. The voucher was through Wounderland Incentives Inc. who requested a payment of $168 and we payed. Wonderland Incentives now transferred the responsibility to Vacation Getaway who did not own to the previous payment and requested form us another $288 prior to any tickets. We have sent all forms through registered mail at an expense to us of $65. The whole promotion is a scam from what looks like legitimate companies. No additional communication from Wounderland Incentives had taken place from June 2012.Desired Settlement: To prosecute Grand Incentives and Wounderland Incentives who are in cal huts with each other or the same owners who shuffle and collect payments without delivery.

Review: received a 7 day cruise certificate from wonderland incentives. Sent a check for activation fee of $98.00 which was cashed on June 4,2012. I received a cruise registration form which I completed and mailed to Grand incentives who was to then complete the process. I had a fee schedule of $179 to $288 per person to get the 7 day cruise. with a expiration date of 10/31/2013

Last week I received a cruise offer of over $800.00 for a November 2013 cruise. The cost and dates were well above and beyond the amounts and dates on my registration materials.

I contacted wonderland and was told to contact [redacted] ([redacted] ) who offered a [redacted] cruise which is more money and after October 31. I made a request for a refund and was given a list of documents they wanted before they would refund my activation fee. I supplied a reply to [redacted] and sent copies of all documents requested with the exception of the cancelled checks . I informed them the electronic copies were not available and I could get copies if needed however I had the date and they had received my payment or the registration materials would not have been sent.

On 07/01/2013 I received a [redacted] two-for -one cruise offer which I did not request and is not acceptable as a replacement for the cruise I activated for $98.00 ( I did not request the [redacted] cruise information and specifically stated unless it was for the 7 days from

Tampa before oct31,2013 I was not interested )

I send a email asking for my fee to be refunded and would like my activation fee returned due to the inability to meet the original cruise cost and dates.Desired Settlement: Receive a activation fee refund of $98.00
