I found the company through the [redacted] website. After initial contact with the company, and a few correspondances back and forth, my husband and I optedto go directly to her and cut out the [redacted] website for our purchase. We agreed to the photo shoot, a disc of the images; raw and finalized proofs as well as a few printed images. I had to pay cash after the photo shoot because she could not accept a check in the company name and she had no cash on hand for change as well. Since the photo shoot on September 28, 2013 we have had 2 responses from the company. One was an explanation about a death in the family, the other was the link for the proofs from the photo shoot which was recieved on October 23, 2013.Since then I have not recieved one response to any attempt at communication. I have emailed 5 times, texted 3 times and left 3 voicemails. We have not recieved our raw images and finalized images on disc nor have we recieved the final prints.I can easily provide contact history if needed.Product_Or_Service: Photo shoot and image copies and printsDesired SettlementWe feel we should get a full refund since the company has not fullfilled thier obligations of the contract. We have not recieved all images (raw and proofs) on disc or the final prints as was discussed and agreed upon.
