Wood Creeks Apartments

the apartments aren't bad, but every time I bring up an issue it rarely ever gets taken care of. I filed a complaint about there plow drivers almost hitting my vehicle and I was told that I shouldn't have been driving threw the parking lot well they where plowing. they don't salt the parking lots when its icy. complained about stuff being damaged in the apartment and they did a parcel fix on it or didn't fix it at all. have a friend who also lives there and she has mice in her apartment and the apartment personel will not come get rid of the mice,
