[redacted] was contacted on Aug/16/16 and was invited to bring his vehicle to ourMechanical Repair Shop [redacted]. He brought the vehicle Aug/18/16 and our Mechanics fixed the problem with the door lock by replacing the part. I spoke to [redacted] to make sure that this issue was taking...

care off to his satisfaction, he expressed to me that he was very pleased and in fact he would right back to you to close his complaint. I left several messages to [redacted] to make sure this will conclude and resolve the negative feedback, however I have not been successful at getting a hold of him. Please email me back to let me know if there's anything else I need to do in my end.Thank you

Review: I bought a bedroom set from this place and they delivered damaged furniture, which, the owner says will exchange.However,the furniture has poor craftmanship and the owner says, I am a picky customer and he minimizes my concerns.I asked for my money back and he refuses to do so.I paid him $1,600.Desired Settlement: I want my money back in full.

Response:

Business states that consumer was aware of the "All Sales Final" policy. Consumer wanted a special ordered bedroom set that was later unsatisfied with. Business encouraged consumer to think about the decision to order the furniture and she wished to move forward with the order. After furniture was delivered she called business to report her dissatisfaction. As a courtesy to the customer, business reordered the four items she was dissatisfied with. When business called her to pick up her exchanged items ordered, she refused delivery and refused to pick them up. She then began to ask for $500 for to accept the items or she would proceed with legal action. Unfortunately all sales are final, and business made a reasonable resolution proposal that consumer has adamantly refused.
