Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2017/09/05) */ To whom it may concern: Please let this email serve as the official response to the original complaint for case XXXXXXXXXX As you will find in the attached forms the carpets original install date was for [redacted] (for the living room, dining room; hall and steps) and 09/for the down stairs bedroomsThe worksheets used upon move outs are attached On 03/14/a transfer request was completed by Mr [redacted] He signed stating that he was aware that the carpets were urine stained throughoutHe knew that if his transfer was approved her would be responsible for the cost of carpet replacement minus ageDuring that inspection the Maintenance supervisor was bitten by an unauthorized dogThe residents were informed at that time that all pets needed to be registered with the Woodbridge leasing officeAt the time of Inspection the maintenance supervisor explained that the home was is complete disarray and extremely dirtyThe property manager denied the transfer due to these issue(please see attached ) on 11/14/Bug Free treated [redacted] for bed bugsThe Bed Bug addendum clearly states that the property has the right to use their choice of exterminator/type of treatment and that the resident will not try and treat on their own or branch out with any other service (see attached)Upon the move out on 07/the apartment Bug Free was called to inspect due to evidence that the maintenance team felt they witnessedBug Free confirmed that the was evidence of activity for live bed bugsThe apartment was then heat treated to ensure the situation was eradicated for the next tenant set to move inThe cost for heat treatment is [redacted] attached), The apartment had to sit vacant with the many belongings left behind in order for the treatment to work properlyOn 07/26/a move out inspection was completedIt was founded that the [redacted] had left the following items which from reading her complaint she was aware was futon frame · headboard · bed frame · mattress and box spring · end tables · closet full of Christmas decor (closet under stairs) · 30+ bags of trash · coffee machine · waffle iron · dishes · patio : bags of spoiled garbage, trash bags left open · marijuana remnants were found on a tray in the living room · Several clothes · Towel rack In downstairs bathroom , tn The entire process of removing Items totaled man hours which our company charges [redacted] (the verage hourly rate) On 08/10/the Woodbridge leasing office received an electric disconnect notice for the address in qve$tionThese charges were then added to the total owed leaving the [redacted] s with a total of [redacted] that will be turned over to the collection agency LB Gray on 09/XXXXXXX, We appreciate your time and hope this email helps in the clarification of thelituation [redacted] Property Manager Woodbridge Apartments [redacted] Fort Wayne IN XXXXX T: XXX-XXXXXXXX F: XXX-XXX-XXXX [redacted] B GlickCompany, Inc "Built to Bo Home

We deeply regret the inconvenience that has caused Ms*** to become upset after years of a successful relationshipOur company believes in the highest level of customer service and has a firm commitment to fairnessWe have attempted to speak with Ms*** but don’t believe that she has
listened to our explanation surrounding her car being removed from the premisesFollowing our policies and the law, we tagged a vehicle that had not moved for several weeksMs*** followed up with the office stating she had a mechanical issue but would have the issue addressed and the car moved before the time limit of hoursAfter her car was removed, Ms*** then brought up several other issues that had occurred the previous yearWe take any accusation of wrong-doing as well as the privacy of our residents very seriously and reviewed her concerns with the staffOur investigation included several interviews as well as a review of Ms***’s work order history at Woodbridge ApartmentsIn October of 2014, two maintenance technicians entered Ms***’s home to perform requested repairsBoth employees are long-term, trusted employees with a long history of excellent performanceAt that time Ms*** made no report of wrong-doingThere are multiple instances of Ms*** requesting addition work to be performed, again with no report of concernAs we have followed all company polices as well as the laws regarding tagging vehicles that are not following our parking policies and proper notice of entry we feel this complaint is unfounded

We set an appointment with the customer and went out there and reset it the gate opener we also adjusted the gate and reprogram the keypad and make sure all remotes were working we tested it several times and also have the
customer test it and everything was working properly and the customer was satisfied

Purchased two boxes of chopped datesWhen I opened the packages, they were rancid and moldyThe phone number on the box is not valid, nor is the number listed with Revdex.com or on-lineNo address is listed on the boxesI attempted to file a complaint on their websiteIt does not allow the form to be submittedThere is something very, very wrong and this "company" needs to be investigatedI want my money back

Regarding *** *** *** did not get her deposit back, because when she moved out there was pet damage and we had to replace the recently new carpet (this was new carpet that was replaced while they lived in the apartment). This was explained to them several time Also, please

resident turns in their keys the apartment gets a final move out inspection and the amount for damages if any will come off the deposit as well as the final water bill. When a resident breaks their lease they are charged a termination fee as well as a refurbishment fee. In short, the breakdown is his deposit was $150 and final water bill, refurbishment fee and termination fee and balance due he owed us over $1200+. He was given a move out statement. I have researched over and over and he doesn't deserve anything different. He has also been told this several times. He can not be treated any different than others do to "Fair Housing Laws". On 03/14/2017 a transfer request was completed by Mr. [redacted]. He signed stating that he was aware that the carpets were urine stained throughout. Upon the move out on 07/19 the apartment Bug Free was called to inspect due to evidence that the maintenance team felt they witnessed. Bug Free confirmed that the was evidence of activity for live bed bugs. The apartment was then heat treated to ensure the situation was eradicated for the next tenant set to move in. The cost for heat treatment is [redacted] attached), The apartment had to sit vacant with the many belongings left behind in order for the treatment to work properly. On 07/26/2017 a move out inspection was completed. It was founded that the [redacted] had left the following items which from reading her complaint she was aware was left:

Review: I have been a resident at [redacted] since 2009 and my two vehicles are registered at these apartments. I haven't had a problem with my vehicles here until I reported my diamond ring stolen by the maintenance worker. I need answers why Woodbridge had my car towed.. The answer I receive that they wanted did it and wanted to. I have the maintenance department repeatedly and constantly entering into my apartment with out a 24 hour notice at times I have been in the shower and in my living room where they came in and seen me there sleep and left back out (where they open my door and seen me on my couch in my sleepwear) It's so embarrassing when someone walk in on you and you can't report it or it will be washed under the rug. Back to my vehicle being towed I need answers..I have be abused from the time I moved in here thinking it would get better. I can't sleep at night because of this up every 2 hours. I fear for my life at this point, the way I was treated after my vehicle was towed.. I need answers. Thank youDesired Settlement: I had to pay $300.00 for my vehicle back and had to pay someone for gas and there time.. Lord knows if it had of been on a Sunday. Davis towing is close 6400 Blacktop St. Rio Linda plus I had my diamond ring stolen $200.00 I need to be refunded back my money. this is a hardship on me. Thank you
