This is Mr O*** from Woodbridge Auto SalesI believe the above mentioned case has been settled with Mr GaglioneIf this is not correct please let me know.Gary O*** Woodbridge Auto Sale

Review: On September 27, 2013, I purchased a Mazda6 2006, from Woodbridge Auto Sales. I drove the car about 10 miles (give or take) to my home. The next day I noticed the check engine light was on. On September 28, 2013, I took the car to have a diagnostic test done and got a code [redacted]. On September 30, 2013, I called Woodbridge Auto Sales and someone by the name of [redacted] answered the phone. I asked to speak with [redacted] who processed my paper work but [redacted] said [redacted] was on the other line and asked me how could she help me. I explained that I purchased a car a few days prior and the check engine light came on the very next day after purchase. [redacted] whom I've never met before said to me that they made me aware of the check engine light being on during purchase and before I drove off the lot. [redacted] said they always make their customers aware of the check engine light being on at time of purchase. I replied that no one told me the light was on and that I would not have paid $4500 cash and good credit for a used car with a engine light on. Then [redacted] said that's why they had an emissions done on it so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I immediately asked to speak to [redacted] again. [redacted] answered the phone and I explained to her my reason for calling. By this time I was very upset and disappointed with great skepticism of how they run business. She didn't say much to address my concern except to bring it in and they have it checked out. I told [redacted] that I was going to file a complaint because I didn't appreciate how misleading they were. I took the car back in when I went to pay the remaining balance of $200 for processing fee and to pickup my car title on October 18, 2013. When I got there [redacted] completed the paper work an apologized for the unpleasant conversation that I had with [redacted]. I told [redacted] that I said all I had to say and I didn't want to say anymore except that I would never do business with them again. She told me to take the car to [redacted] gas station to have it checked out and not to pay the $200 processing fee until I returned. My friend [redacted] and I took the car up to the station. One of the attendants ran a diagnostic test and got back the same code as the other shop I took it to prior. The station attendant by the name of [redacted] told another attendant who was doing the test to clear the code. The engine light turned off. Then he advised me to go to a Mazda dealer and purchase a gas cap for starters to figure out what could be wrong. I went back to [redacted] and she said because I had already purchased the car and drove it off the lot that she would only offer me a $50 deduction to purchase a gas cap. I paid $150. for processing fee, signed the car title and left. Once again, the next day the check engine light came back on.

I tried to contact the Revdex.com to see if there were any other complaints but Woodbridge Auto Sales is not listed with them. I believe that Woodbridge Auto Sales committed auto fraud by intentionally misleading the condition of the car I purchased by removing the check engine light taking it through emissions then selling it to me, the consumer. I am filing a complaint and requesting to have the car repaired or a full refund for the purchase of the car .

Thanks,

[redacted]Desired Settlement: Woodbridge Auto Sales have the emissions problem repaired or refund me full amount paid for the car.
