I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
It is true that after extensive contacts/complaints to Woodbridge Interiors, they took the chair, replaced the cushion, and "stretched" the fabricAnd I ultimately signed off on the repairs because they refused to replace the fabricThis fabric (that an experienced sales associate suggested) should never have been used on this chair frameThe pleats and seams are uneven and unattractiveThis chair was very expensive and I paid this expecting a quality productInstead I got a chair that needed a cushion replaced, and with upholstery that is not appropriateTheir response to my complaint was totally unacceptableUltimately (when I accepted the chair with the "repairs"), I asked that they give some discount/credit for the extreme inconvenienceThey never responded to that requestI am neither satisfied with the quality of the product nor the customer service at Woodbridge Interiors, and would hope this could be reflected in their Revdex.com rating in hopes of preventing others from having similar problems with this company

This is from *** ***, our customer service manager. We submitted a customer service request and repair authorization from our vendor, ThomasvilleWe picked up the chair on 7/18/and replaced the seat cushion core on her Lucille chairWe also had Madrigals Upholstery stretch the fabric on
the inside back panel.We returned the chair back to her on 7/27/and the customer signed off on the repairs made with no exceptions. Thanks, ***

From [redacted], our salesperson/interior designer: Mr. [redacted] ordered a [redacted] bed. The factory shipped the wrong bed and rushed the correct bed to us for delivery to him. He also ordered a custom day bed bedding set from eastern accents and after it went into...

production he wanted to make changes. I told him it was too late (I got the rep from Eastern accents involved). The bedding shipped and he refused it on delivery complaining  that I overcharged him. [redacted] negotiated with him for a lower price and it was paid for and delivered months ago without any further objections. Thanks, [redacted]

Review: We purchased a dining room table for $2,000.00 on 7/24/2013. We put a down payment of $647.00 for the table and financed the remaining balance. We have been making payments, but do not have the table promised. A damaged table was delivered in August. A technician came out on 8/22/2013 to try to fix the table, but unfortunately damaged the table further. A second table was delivered on 11/6/2013. That second table arrived damage. Even though "they went over it with a fine toothed comb" The damage was even worse than the first table. The delivery driver noted that the table is unsatisfactory. I emailed pictures of the 2nd damaged table to [redacted]. I have called [redacted] (the manger at Woodbridge Interiors), but he is not returning my call. Besides the fact the tables were sent damaged, their customer service is probably some of the worst we have ever dealt with. My husband and have had to call repeatedly because they never call us back.Desired Settlement: We really don't want to deal with the lack of customer service and the damaged products. We would like to return the product and receive a full refund.

Thank you for your assistance! Even though the company we will dealing with did not respond back to you, once I notified them that I have contacted the Revdex.com, they changed their tune. My complaint ID # [redacted] with Woodbridge Interior has been resolved.
