would not be able to give an exact estimate until they could evaluate the extent of the damage, as the tree had fallen on his home, and they would have to determine whether they would be able to remove it with their tractor, or would have to get a crane out for removal. He also stated they indicated to the customer that if he did need an exact estimate before starting and wasn't comfortable with proceeding without it, they would go ahead and continue with their scheduled calls for that day. The customer stated he did want to go ahead and proceed that day. After the work was completed and invoiced, they were contacted by the customer stating his insurance would not pay for it. The owner requested the insurance adjustor's information to ensure that there was not a mistake or misunderstanding. In speaking with the adjuster, he was informed that this property was in fact a rental property, and not the personal residence of the customer, and that the customer had not purchased a policy which would cover this type of damage. The adjuster also stated to the business that the deductible of $500 was going to be waived for the customer. The business told the customer that since they had not done the grinding on the tree yet, they would remove the charge for that service, and would also extend a 10% discount for the service, since he had been a previous customer. The customer still refused to pay the full amount because his insurance company would not cover it. The business stated that they are sorry that the customer did not have the proper level of coverage for this incident, but they are not able to further lower the bill, because the amount the customer stated he is willing to pay will not even cover his cost of performing the work, and it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to know his coverage amount of his insurance.

These guy are exactly what you're looking for. On time, great price, insured, quick, safe and very polite. They took down 17 trees in my backyard in one day. You can tell they have been working together for a while. They are so efficient. You will not be disappointed!
