I did work with this company who was referred from home warranty company. I have had three separate contractors say they did faulty wiringI had this company come out and install a zone board in my rental home. After the unit stopped working I had three different contractors come out and state "whoever installed this zone board did not know what they were doing and installed it almost hot wired" I called the company for a resolution, provided receipt and date of installation. When they went out there they said they were not the ones who installed it and it didn't "look" like their work. I have not had any other contractor install a zone board and they will not stand behind the awful work they did not my system.Desired Settlementthey need to refund me for the work so I can have a skilled professional come out and fix it or repair it
