Plumbing Technician (** ***) arrived early as usual and performed a very thorough plumbing inspection pointing out potential areas of slight concern but no major issues
I have been with Woodfin for quite a while and plan to stay

Woodfin Tech, James S***, contacted me minutes prior to coming to my house He was punctual and got right to work The purpose was maintenance on my air conditioner He made sure his feet were covered before entering my home He was very cordial, professional and explained to me at completion that my system was okay He also asked if I was interested in a security system which is now provided by Woodfin under the Complete Plan Although not in market for one, he left me a brochure to read over I would look forward to James' return to service my heating system in the Winter Thank you!

James showed up right on time He was professional and courteous during his visit He was able to get me a service plan which saved me a ton of money up front James had an all around great attitude and I would recommend Woodfin to anyone that asked I have propane through them and I will now use them for all my other housing needs

Called Woodfin Heating today to get an appointment for performance tune up on my heat pump We had a plan with previous owners and it was honored by Woodfin Was told service technician would be out today and he arrived right at the specified time Robert #performed a complete tune up in an efficient and very courteous manner He also took the time to show us how to set our temperature on our wall monitor, for particular time periods; e.gmorning and evening, Completely satisfied with this company and technician

The electrician on the job, MrTodd VWho has been the individual responsible for replacing my entire circuit panel as well as doing the electrician part of an emergency generator being installed at my residence He is a representative for Woodfin Oil the company responsible for the entire project Todd is probably the best representative I have ever dealt with He has proven himself to be extremely knowledgable, professional, and extremely friendly person He showed up when he said he would, kept me posted throughout the entire installation Made it a point to clean up after himself Words cannot completely cover just highly I think of this gentleman

Very good help today from Robert #(Robbie) who has serviced our HVAC system several times before over the years He takes the time to do the job correctly and takes the time to listen to the owner He also follows up on work that needs to be completed in a second stage rather than requiring the owner to keep calling to ask for progress/updates
