I met today with [redacted] of Dry Zone.  We mutually agreed to the following : 1. Dry Zone will pay for the rebuilding of the wall which they removed in the course of work on the patio. 2. Dry Zone will refund 1/2 of the $3419.80 paid for repair of to me, as results were not as I expected....

I am satisfied with this arrangement and feel my complaint has been adequately addressed. Dry Zone was quick to reply and rectify the issues and I feel comfortable withdrawing my complaint. I am also satisfied with Revdex.com's quick reply in helping me to resolve this issue. Sincerely, [redacted]
