Review: Woodhaven Medical Center has been forwarding myself and spouse bills directly to the C-Tech collection agency without first mailing us the bills for payment (despite their claim that bills are initially sent to us first, we have not received any from their office, only from c-tech). In addition, once payment is made to C-tech collections, these payments are not updated into Woodhaven Medical Center's records. On the contrary despite payments being made to the C-Tech agency, our balance remains outstandingly delinquent, according to Woodhaven Medical Center. Efforts to have the billing office follow the right protocol of first billing the patient, giving them the opportunity to pay before using a collection agency elicited hostile and unprofessional behavior from the supervisory staff of that dept.Desired Settlement: I would like the office to forward all future bills to us first for payment and their records to be updated with all payments already made to c-tech solutions agency.
