Woodland motors at this point will not touch my truck in their shop to fixThe owner is trying to be as cheap as possible and not fix the issueAlso why did the complaint get closed as the customer has not got the issue fixed? I am rejecting this...

response because:I was made aware that my case was closed by the Revdex.com. I would like to request the case to be reopened and not closed until the matter is resolved. The business that I have filed the complaint responded that they would "Handle" the complaint. Since that response I have see no action as resolving this issue. I have paid in full the amount owed for the truck I purchased from them in March of  2015 and as of today have not received the title of the vehicle. It has been now been 7 months that since full payment has been made May 2015. The California [redacted] has told me that the lean holder still has not released the title. As stated before please reopen the case. Please update the complaint that [redacted] representing Woodland Motors has not followed through with "handling" this situation. They still hold the title of the vehicle without any reason.Sincerely,[redacted]

This is the first I have heard of this I will call [redacted] and get it handeled!!!! We choose [redacted] for the customer because it was the lowest rate offered.....         Sincerely,  [redacted]  [redacted]

Hello I filed a complaint and it's been closed. I still haven't got my truck fixed. The owner won't return my call or work with my schedule. Today finally the parts guy called me to schedule me to drop off my truck after 3 weeks so they could have my driveline repaired but don't want to fix anything else. What do I do now? Woodland motors at this point will not touch my truck in their shop to fix. The owner is trying to be as cheap as possible and not fix the issue. Also why did the complaint get closed as the customer has not got the issue fixed? Jim is a liar and has not wanted to fix the problem and told me I was lying about the damage and it was my fault.

Review: On March 11th 2015 I purchased a 2015 GMC 2500 Truck from Woodland Motors. Upon financing the vehicle Woodland Motors company forced and gave no option of lenders. Woodland Motors company chose [redacted]s and acted as a representative for them. Woodland Motors chosen lending company has broken all contracts and provided extremely low customer service. They have withheld the title of my vehicle without any reason even after all loans have been paid in full since May of 2015. As a representative of [redacted] Woodland Motors is ultimately responsible. I have tried to seek Woodland Motors help in resolving this issue. Woodland Motors employees advised me that they would not help. This is a testament to Woodland Motors lack of customer service and break of contract. I demand that Woodland Motors who represented themselves as an agent of [redacted] upholds their end of the contract. All moneys owed on this vehicle have been paid since May of 2015. I demand the release of my title upon receipt of this complaint. Failure to do so will warrant legal action.[redacted]Desired Settlement: Delivery and release of my title and correction of any negative credit marks against my wife's or my credit report.

Review: Bought a 2014 [redacted] used with 3800 miles. The safety report completed by tech. didn't note any damage to truck. I got home a put on a lift at a shop and found the drive line damaged and the transmission cross member the 2 rear tires have damage also. The previous owner got the truck stuck on something prior to trading it in and the damage was not caught by the service tech. I have made numerous phone calls to dealership to get corrected with no return phone calls. I went in personally and talked to [redacted] the Sales manager and he told me that the damage was my fault and the tech said the damage was never there when he inspected it. I also traded in a 2002 [redacted], they quoted me trade in being 10-12,000$. When I took it down for them to look at they told me car was worth 8000$ because it was yellow. The car is on their lot for sale for 15,888.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the drive line and trans cross member replaced alone with the 2 rear tires that have damage by the dealership for not completed a proper [redacted] safety inspection.

Customer states: The $700 does not cover the entire damage that is on the truck. A new drive line will cost at least $900. I do not think the company will offer anything better. I am going to pursue this with the BAR.
