Hello,Thank you for sending this over to meI have spoken with [redacted] regards to her concerns and have provided her with Kaytlyn's emailAfter speaking with [redacted] her and I have came to an understanding with all of the concerns mentioned and she is aware of the action that I am going to takeWith item #we have been and are currently doing a complete file audit for all of the homes to insure residents have the correct deposit and lease available onlineWe Avenuetook over this property from another management company and are working with them directlyWith item #a community wide email will be sent out reminding our residents of our community policies and procedures and to encourage our residents to play in the designated area we have on the propertyItem #was addressed directly with the landscaping company on the Saturday there crew showed upI was informed by the manager that this will not happen again and to expect them to provide landscaping services only on a Thursday or Friday moving forwardThey are also aware of our quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and know not to start any work before 8amItem #this will be something that will also be placed in the community wide emailI also encouraged [redacted] If she sees this happening to please feel free to reach out to me so I may go out and address the issue in the momentCustomer service is something not only The Woodlands but Avenueas a company takes pride inIt was unfortunate to hear about the experience that [redacted] experienced and this will get looked into by the appropriate peopleI want to take a second and say Thank You to you [redacted] for sharing your concerns and speaking with me todayIt shows just how much pride you take in your community and that is what we strive all of our residents to doAs always if you need anything, I am always available to help and assist in anyway I possibly can

take. With item #1 we have been and are currently doing a complete file audit for all of the homes to insure residents have the correct deposit and lease available online. We Avenue5 took over this property from another management company and are working with them directly. With item #2 a community wide email will be sent out reminding our residents of our community policies and procedures and to encourage our residents to play in the designated area we have on the property.
