Dear Madame:This letter is in response to a complaint you received from a resident of The WoodnerThe Woodner take all Complaints especially that of bedbug activity very seriously, We inspect and treat all units once the previous leaseholder has moved outWe have an employee who is a
licensed Entomologist who accompany the contractors during inspections and treatment*** *** took possession of this unit on May 21, at which time there had not been any activity of pest in the unit.We also have a process where all units are inspected on a semi-annual rotation, I have attached Copies of the last four Inspections in this unit (see attached)There has never been any bed bug activity in this unitI have also attached copies of the report Pest Services submits after all scheduled beg bug treatments*** *** reported she had bedbug activity on Monday, December 5, at which time she was sent notification of the scheduled treatment for Thursday, December 8, (see attached)The report indicated the unit was not properly prepared for treatmentThe unit was then re-Scheduled fourteen days (Thursday, December 22, 2016) later as indicated in the preparation instructionsThe report indicates there was no bedbug activity in the unit. In reviewing the file *** *** has had some incidents to occur that was in violation of her Lease Agreement for which she was not too happy aboutThe Woodner has acted in good faith in response to *** *** Complaints.Cordially,MsW***Support Services Manager

While I am still quite upset with the lack of communication and unprofessionalism demonstrated by two of the employees at the Woodbee Apartments, they did eventually refund my security deposit as requested. I will not be pursuing this issue further. I hope that, in the future, this business will gain a better understanding of customer service and treat clients with more respect than what I received.
