I took in my Panasonic Plasma Television to be checked out. I had already researched the blink code my television was displaying that the main board was bad. I took it to them and asked them to diagnose the television thoroughly to make sure nothing else was wrong with the television. I stated to the technician that a 10 blink code was being displayed and the main board was bad. I received a call that the television need an a board. I went to pick up the television and asked for a copy of the diagnosis and handed me a copy that the main board was bad and needed repair. I asked the person to state that nothing else was wrong with the television and stated that they did not test the rest of the television but the main board. I was told when I took the television to them that a thorough test would be done. I am disappointed in the quality of service I received and would never take anything to them for repair.
