Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They stated that the claim was made months after the sale, conveniently leaving out the facts that: It took more than a month to organize the pick up of the vehicle, so it stayed in place until July 3rd Once I did pick the vehicle up, I personally evaluated the vehicle when I could hook it up to electric and water On July 4th, I notified [redacted] that the vehicle had some issues that were contrary to the stated condition on the EBAY site [redacted] put my questions about the vehicle off, saying his brother, who was supposed to be responsible for the RV, had gone on vacation and would be unable to respondOn July 8th, after I pestered [redacted] about the myriad of issues with the RV, he wrote to me in a text "***, my brother said he never used the water tanks on it the original owner told him that everything was fine with it he said the last time he used the refrigerator last year it worked fine indeed not sure what's going on with the awning We would be happy to pay for the repairs that are necessary." On July 8th, based on that note from [redacted] , I got the vehicle into an RV repair center for formal evaluation and to get an estimate of repairs neededOn August 15th, I finally got the RV center to evaluate the RV On August 25th, I received the RV center's written evaluation and estimate back from them, which I was able to forward to [redacted] I asked again for them to pay for the repairs since the original sales description on EBAY stated that all major systems were working fine [redacted] Buschman acknowledged my sending him the estimate on August 25th, but then said his brother was still on vacation as of August 25th and would not be returning from vacation until the following Monday, which would be October 1stAfter waiting a couple of days beyond October 1st, I sent a note to [redacted] Buschman on September 4th once again with "***, DM here regarding the repair costs to the Airstream Were you able to talk to your brother now that he's returned from vacation this last Monday?" He never respondedOn August 9th, I sent another note to [redacted] Buschman: "***, DM here again Did you speak to your brother? I really need to get the money I spoke of to get the repairs taken care of Thanks." That same day, he answered "Yes I did He said he wasn't going to refund because everything worked fine when he stored it before last winter." I complained through EBAY, but they stated that too much time had passed That last statement by [redacted] Buschman is in conflict with other statements made and for the actual facts That is why it has taken so long for me to get to this point Buschman Brothers have consistently put me off and delayed, knowing that the likelihood that I would be able to recover the costs of the repairs would get smaller Regards, [redacted]

inaccuraciesIn point #Mr*** skips over the entire month of September

revert back to the month of SeptemberIn point #Mr *** quotes a supposed
text message in which he refers to ***'s brother as ***If he was quoting
the text he would know that *** brother is ***
I
ask you to refer to my first response as I have nothing to add to thatMy

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
MrBuschman conveniently fails to mention that during the time in question, I was attempting to get EBay to do something about this issue and was working with an accredited RV repair company to ensure that they gave the vehicle a thorough and accurate assessment They took a while to answer back and forth with me all the while I was attempting to get *** Buschman to respond to my texts I asked for *** Buschman's contact details but were never given them At the end of the day, *** and *** Buschman sold a vehicle which they warranted as having all major systems working and no leaks That was in the advertisement on the EBay site I have proof that isn't the case and even *** Buschman admitted in his texts to me that his brother *** warranted that the vehicle had no issues I need relief from the expenses that I am incurring as a result of their inaccurate advertisement I would have never bought this vehicle if I knew that the owner was going to sell this vehicle in bad faith If the Revdex.com needs to talk to the RV repair company, I would happily give you their number to contact them

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They stated that the claim was made 3 months after the sale, conveniently leaving out the facts that:
1. It took more than a month to organize the pick up of the vehicle, so it stayed in place until July 3rd
2. Once I did pick the vehicle up, I personally evaluated the vehicle when I could hook it up to electric and water.  On July 4th, I notified [redacted] that the vehicle had some issues that were contrary to the stated condition on the EBAY site.  [redacted] put my questions about the vehicle off, saying his brother, who was supposed to be responsible for the RV, had gone on vacation and would be unable to respond.
3. On July 8th, after I pestered [redacted] about the myriad of issues with the RV, he wrote to me in a text "[redacted], my brother said he never used the water tanks on it the original owner told him that everything was fine with it he said the last time he used the refrigerator last year it worked fine indeed not sure what's going on with the awning.  We would be happy to pay for the repairs that are necessary."
4. On July 8th, based on that note from [redacted], I got the vehicle into an RV repair center for formal evaluation and to get an estimate of repairs needed.
5. On August 15th, I finally got the RV center to evaluate the RV.
6. On August 25th, I received the RV center's written evaluation and estimate back from them, which I was able to forward to [redacted].  I asked again for them to pay for the repairs since the original sales description on EBAY stated that all major systems were working fine.  [redacted] Buschman acknowledged my sending him the estimate on August 25th, but then said his brother was still on vacation as of August 25th and would not be returning from vacation until the following Monday, which would be October 1st.
7. After waiting a couple of days beyond October 1st, I sent a note to [redacted] Buschman on September 4th once again with "[redacted], DM here regarding the repair costs to the 1986 Airstream.  Were you able to talk to your brother now that he's returned from vacation this last Monday?".  He never responded.
8. On August 9th, I sent another note to [redacted] Buschman: "[redacted], DM here again.  Did you speak to your brother?  I really need to get the money I spoke of to get the repairs taken care of.  Thanks."
9.  That same day, he answered "Yes I did.  He said he wasn't going to refund because everything worked fine when he stored it before last winter."
10.  I complained through EBAY, but they stated that too much time had passed.
10.  That last statement by [redacted] Buschman is in conflict with other statements made and for the actual facts.  That is why it has taken so long for me to get to this point.  Buschman Brothers have consistently put me off and delayed, knowing that the likelihood that I would be able to recover the costs of the repairs would get smaller.
Regards,
[redacted]

Since November of 2013 I have had several complaints about the noise level in the complex. Nothing has been done about my complaint.Begining in November of 2013 I have called and emailed about noise disturbance in the complex that I reside in. When speaking to employees at the rental office it was told that nothing could be done due to the fact that it was not after eleven p.m. I also advised them that it was to the point that everytime the person below me played music it would vibrate through out my entire apartment and did not find it acceptable to live in those conditions. I have called the police on various occasions because it had gotten extremely loud to the point that it could be heard outside of the building. I was told to contact management by the police because they are suppose to handle when noise complaints, epecially when it was as loud when they approached.Back in February of this year I spoke with [redacted] and expressed my concerns again about the noise level coming from the apartment and that with me paying as much as I do I should not be dealing with that type of noise level. He basically said that I was calling the police and not speaking when in fact I was when they showed up before me having to go to work. He then stated that if I was to keep calling about a noise disturbance that I could possibly get a noise violation when in fact it was the the young man that stays below me. If there was to be anymore disturbances that I should contact him and someone would come out to check on the noise disturbance. Again in April there was another disturbance so I contacted [redacted] about the situation. When he did come to check on it, he claimed that he could not hear any music from the apartment when in fact I felt the vibrations of the music within my own apartment. I gave him permission to come in further to hear the music and at that time he then admitted that he could hear it. He then said that I could contact the police because of the disturbance. The only thing that I wanted done was a noise violation issued to the person playing the music. Speaking with [redacted], he made it seem like I was incompetent and I took great offense to that. Of all the times that I have contacted them, nothing had been done and my complaints seem to have been ignored everytime that I complained. I do understand that I stay in an apartment complex, but at the same time this deprives me of sleep where I do have a job that requires my total attention and they have failed me as an apartment community.Desired SettlementI am not seeking a settlement from the facility. I only ask that I be spoken to with respect and not talked down to. I would like an apology from the site management for the mental stress that I have suffered due to their failure to reconcile this continual problem.
