I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
A representative met with these home owners on 02/21/2018, and we have been in constant communication with them throughout the repair process.At the time this complaint was filed, we had scheduled to install new carpet in the repair areas and the installers contacted us to let us know the owners...
stopped the installation over their concerns of the age and color of the carpet. We contacted the owners and explained that we needed to install the new carpet in the affected areas so we could assess the color match and installation before making a decision on whether or not to do additional areas. In the meeting we had independent carpet inspector there to inspect and issue a formal and written report on the installation and match of the new carpet to the existing.
