As is clear from the above listed series of events, Complainant was habitually breaching the Rental Agreement by failing to pay rent in a timely manner.  As such, Complainant’s allegations are without basis and her 60 Day Notice of Termination was both justified and necessary due to her history of failing to pay rent in a timely manner as required by the Rental Agreement.

Review: I received a 60 day notice to move out of my apartment and was given no reason why. When I called property manager [redacted] she said "I don't have to give you a reason". I have lived there for over 3 years with good rental history. I believe I am being retaliated against by the property manager, [redacted], due to the fact that I recently uncovered that [redacted] was having an affair with the married maintenance man, Kris Rightnour. I feel like [redacted] is using this information to make me move out of my apartment with no reasoning. I am a single mom and I just started a new job, that is going to make it very hard for me to find a new place to live for me and my son. I do not feel like this is a fair and no one in the main office will help me out.Desired Settlement: I would like to be given a valid reason of why I am being asked to move unexpectedly. As well as the property manager having some sort of consequences for her actions. She needs to know that her actions are affecting people's lives.
