Review: I enrolled my son to come to this camp during the summer. Due to medical issues, my son will not be able to attend for the 2 weeks I enrolled him, instead the doctor told us he will be able to go for 1 week only under our own risk, but my son really wants to go at least for one week. This will be his second year attending the camp and he really like it's. I called and emailed on 6/5/15 Woodward camp to cancel one of the week I enrolled my son in, which I originally paid $600.00 deposit for the 2 weeks. When I called them to over the bill and spoke with Bianca to pay for the week my son is coming, Bianca told me only part of my deposit is going to be applied to the week my son is going. They only credited me $500.00 out of the $600.00 I paid, when I asked the customer service girl why? her answer was they took the other $100.00 as of processing fee because I cancelled 1 week. It's upsetting because when I called to cancel it was never mentioned to me. Bianca told me I had to talk to manager Ross which is not available today 6/23/15 and will be back next week.Desired Settlement: I will like the camp to applied the $100.00 to the week my son is attending.
