Review: On September 6th of 2014, I had an huge accident with my car 2013 Infiniti G37. Next day, I contacted my insurance agent, Jaker Insurance located in Mira Mar, San Diego to ask for an advice on my situaion. The agent referred me to go to Woodward Motor for help and further assistance and in fact, the agent was the owner of the body shop. Currently I have a insurance (full-coverage) with Infinity insurance. On first week of October, 2014 the insurnce compay contacted me to let me know that they have an estimate of around $10,000 for my car damage and I never heard back from the shop about process and never signed any paperwork or an invoice. Januar 5th, I found out that they received around $15,000 for repair and the estimate mentions that it needs around 70 hours to get my car fixed. However, I received my car in POOR condition on January 7th, 2015. It literally took 4 months for whole process and meanwhile my car was NOT in the shop. It was sent to some differnet place for paint and they said it took so much time because my car is a LUXURY car. When I brought my car to another mechanic shop to look over right away, the mechanic said that I should leave the car home and warned me not to drive for a long time or on a highway because the wheel is tearing the tire off and might blow out.(two wheels had to be replaced to new ones due to accident but they didn't replace it). My spare tire is missing, the plastic cover that protects the machine below the car is GONE. The parts that insurance paid them to replace it to new ones are never replaced, instead molded and glued to look right. The car is tilted towards right and making noises when I turn on my car. This is not the end of story. Out of 72 things, there are merely anything that is fixed right. When I told the body shop that I talked to insurance company with the concern of my car, they blackmailed me that they are going to sue the insurance and I have huge responsibility over that. I am desperate. I need help.Desired Settlement: As this is an leased car, I do not want to pay for the damages that were spposed to be fixed at the end of the lease. I want my car to be correctly fixed. Parts that was damaged due to accident and paid by insurance company should be replaced. Spare tire, plastic cover.I am not trying to do any legal action against shop. At this point, there is no way that I can trust that shop to re-fix my car again. I want my car to be fixed at different shop, in fact, right now, any shop other than Woodward.
