Please accept this letter as our response to a complaint filed with the Revdex.com on 9/13/by *** *** *** (***)The first complaint that we received from *** *** was on 4/29/at which time *** *** contacted our office and requested that her apartment be exterminated for
possible bed bugs. The following day, 4/30/*** *** reached out to our office again by placing a work order through our online portal. In this work order *** *** explained that she went on vacation for a week and when she returned she began noticing bed bugs in her apartment. Woodward Properties enlisted the services of a professional exterminating company called *** that professionally treated *** ***'s apartment nine time at her request: 5/2/17, 5/10/17, 5/23/17, 6/14/17, 6/20/17, 6/30/17, 7/12/17, 8/9/17, and 8/15/When *** *** continued to complain that she was still having an issue, we then brought in a different exterminator called *** *** *** and they treated *** ***'s apartment twice: 9/5/and 9/19/We have tried very hard to accommodate *** *** and resolve her issue. In response to this complaint, we will reach out to *** *** again in hopes that we can find a equitable solution.Connor W***Director of OperationsWoodward Properties

I am rejecting this response because:I spoke with Kathy W[redacted] on Wednesday 9/20/17 and I told her I will accept her offer in writing on the companies letter head. The agreement between Woodward Properties and myself is I will move out on Friday October 20th if the rent for September and October is waived along with the late fees that were applied for not paying September's rent, also I will be issued a full refund of the last month's rent which was already paid along with my full deposit total of $1610 if the apartment is left clean and nothing left behind. I received the letter on Friday September 22 however Kathy W[redacted] did not include everything that we agreed upon. I am still willing to take the offer if I get another letter listing everything that we agreed on verbally. Kathy left out that I am not responsible for October. I need the letter to state that the rent for September and October will be waived along with a full refund of my deposit and last month's rent if the apartment is cleaned out by October 20th. I am also requesting that a member of Woodward Properties be present with me on October 20th for the walk through.
