Woodward's Outdoor & Landscaping

Review: On September 14, 2015, I accepted a written offer from [redacted] (Woodward's Outdoor & Landscaping) to take down one tree and haul away all brush and wood for a total cost of $700 including a $100 deposit. I gave [redacted] a $100 deposit and he agreed to arrive at 7:30 am on September 16 to remove the tree. He failed to arrive as scheduled on September 16 so I left several messages on his phone. He called around noon on the same day to inform me that he over slept and could not come that day. He rescheduled the tree removal for 9:00 am September 18. On September 18, once again [redacted] failed to arrive. I left several voice mail messages. Finally, around 1:00 pm [redacted] called to say that he was waiting for his staff to arrive at his location. I informed him that because of the numerous delays I no longer wanted his services, and requested that he return my deposit of $100. He agreed to send me the deposit in the next couple days. Roughly one week later, after not receiving my deposit, I called him again. He advised me that he would stop by my house or mail the $100 shortly. As of October 17, I have not received a refund of my deposit or heard from [redacted].Desired Settlement: Payment in the amount of $100 as a refund of my deposit.
