I never signed any delivery notice. I did not refuse it the driver refused to pick it up himself sating it was 200 lbs and he was by himself, nor did they say they would send another one out two days later. I had to pursue them.  
[redacted] also verified they did not have any signed documents by me at all. I didn't not refuse delivery. I did not have a bed or couch to sit on for almost one month due to this fiasco and needed it. I purchased the exact one from a local store after the young lady I spoke with told me it was okay if I didn't want to wait another 3 weeks to receive another one.Thanks for your help~[redacted]

We apologize once again for all the frustration this order has caused.The shipping method we provide is for curbside delivery and the driver was not obligated to take it into the apartment; since the customer requested he bring it in to her apartment, the driver refused to take it off the truck and therefore the customer refused delivery.Since the delivery was refused the shipping company took it back to the local terminal and we were willing to reschedule.Since it took a long time for the customer to get back to us the shipping company shipped it back to our warehouse.According to our policy an order can only be canceled with a 33% restocking charge and the shipping fees for both ways. Fortunately my manager agreed to lower the restocking charge to 25%.We appreciate your understanding.

 No where on the site does it state even now that it is backordered 4-6 months.  It is a convenient excuse all of a sudden.  They are being dishonest and I think other consumers need to be aware of their dishonesty.

Review: I ordered a mirror from the site. Everything went through as well as a confirmation of my order. Then an hour later I received an email stating they had to cancel my order because they did not have the item. I went back to their site and they did have the item in stock, they just raised the price from $219 to $649.Desired Settlement: I feel they are deceptive in their practices and that they should sell the item to me at the price they mentioned since that was the price advertised.

Every site I've ever ordered from place not in stock or back ordered, you do not have to call and I do not believe you. Had you been honest I would have never contacted the Revdex.com. Others need to know of your dishonesty.

Review: I purchased a sofa sleeper online through The Classy Home. It was delivered through a company Woomdeal. When delivered the driver said he was alone and could not carry this 200 lb couch. He was parked in the middle of the street.I am 5ft tall and asked what I should do. He said he a lot of pieces to deliver and had to go. I called the company and waited for a response so then I emailed three times.

They finally said they would send another one out and the delivery company would be in touch. So it would arrive way after Christmas and it was ordered Dec * originally. I explained being without a couch/bed in my studio apt I bought one. I told her this as I was talking to her on the phone and then emailed it again.

The told me I refused the couch and would have to pay for it but I did not refuse it. The driver refused to bring it to the sidewalk even. I am disputing with [redacted] and they have been helpful.Desired Settlement: They have the couch and I do not. I never received or refused so I respectfully request a refund to my credit card.

Review: I order $1,000 in furniture from this company on May *. Their delivery policy says they will ship within 5-6 days, unless on backorder, in which case I would immediately receive an email. On May * I received an email saying that my order has been processed and that it would ship between May * and May *. It's been over a week, now May **, the order status still says "processing." I've tried calling and couldn't get anyone. I've tried emailing and did not receive a response.Desired Settlement: Get my furniture to me, pronto.
