Review: I placed an order for an item from WorkflowOne on January 25, 2014. The item was specifically a gray 1/4 zip fleece, part #[redacted]. The had originally emailed me because their credit card service was down, and had me restate my debit card info. After receiving the other half of my order, but an invoice stating I was billed for both articles of clothing ordered, I called customer service. I was given the run around that the product was "print on demand" and would take additional time. It says "7-10 days production time plus shipping" on their website. I just received this article of clothing last week, after having asked for a cancelation and refund for over three weeks. The real pain is that the sipper broke on the first piece of clothing I had received, so I was already upset about the quality and no longer wanted the second fleece. I never received a phone call back but received a snarky email once it had been delivered with the subject line "???" which I found to be unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I do not want to go through the hassle of having to return this item and having it refunded. I have already been put through enough stress with this ordeal, and do not want to have to worry about printing labels or getting to a shipping facility. We will not be using the item, as it was a gift to be given on 2/14/14.
