Review: I closed a refinance for this company for a married couple [redacted] Tuesday, March 13, 2012 of [redacted]. My fee was 150.00 because of services and the fact I had to print two copies of an enormous package. The package was sent back via [redacted] after completion and I still have not received payment. They claim to not want to pay me the full 150.00 because it didn't close, however I pulled the documents from the [redacted] registry of deeds and my name and notary seal are on the recorded documents. It DID close I will attach the links to the PDF files of the actual documents and my seal. [redacted] The agreement was that even if the loan didn't close I was to receive a print fee and a travel fee of 100.00 She told me when I called that she pays at the end of the month and I would have to wait another month. It has been 18 months.Desired Settlement: I would like 150 dollars but I would be willing to settle for 100 as it has been over a year and I have received NOTHING and probably never will.
