I am rejecting this response because:The business is refusing to recognize evidence that was already deemed sufficient. I selected the least invasive of the three options provided, so there is no reason for the refusal. Also, note that the letter is addressed to my new permanent residence.I asked for renewed access to the facility (after initially surrendering access materials in good faith) because I was forced to pay for it by the above noted refusal and had not located a suitable replacement closer to my residence. Now that I am using a closer facility, it is no longer practical or necessary to drive the 60 minutes to Workout Plus.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint submitted on June 19, 2015. After review of Mr. [redacted]'s file we have determined, based on information provided from Mr. [redacted] that his move to Philadelphia is not a permanent relocation.In order for Workout Plus to reconsider...
our position to release Mr. [redacted] from his contractual obligation we would need a valid PA driver's license/ID card with his new permanent address. As of May 16, 2015 Mr. [redacted] has requested to continue his membership with Workout Plus through the summer which prevents us from cancelling his membership under any circumstances. Review: I had joined the club the left I filed the correct paperwork and in person told the I was leaving the month to month They continued to bill me and I had to put a stop on my bank account
They now have collection agency's contacting me.Desired Settlement: Stop contacting me , stop the agencies form contacting me and take my name off the no pay account
