World Class Ink

Review: To sum up my complaint, I will copy and paste the email I sent to World Class Ink. I've made four phone calls to customer service where I was asked to leave a message and no one ever called back. This was my 5th and final attempt to let them fix their mistake.

World Class Ink:

This is my 5th attempt to receive the correct ink cartridge as your company has sent me the wrong one. I have called four times and not received any response. If someone does not respond to this email by the end of the week, I will contact the Revdex.com.

I do not have my order number however my email is [redacted], and telephone number is ###-###-####. I ordered several cartridges from you approximately two months ago and received a gray ink cartridge that is incompatible with my printer. All the other cartridges work however my printer will not allow me to scan or print until ALL CORRECT CARTRIDGES are installed. This is effecting my job as I need to use my printer for work.

The gray cartridge is numbered [redacted] The other cartridges are numbered with [redacted] or [redacted]. It states on their boxes that they are compatible with [redacted]etc. My printer is a [redacted]. Because it has taken so long to get in touch with someone there, I do not plan to mail the incompatible cartridge back until I have received the correct one (regardless of your "RETURN POLICY"). I would expect the new cartridge to be here by the end of the week or again, I will contact the Revdex.com.

I am extremely unimpressed with your company and customer service. Once I receive the correct cartridge and return the incompatible one, be assured that I will never do business with your company again.
