I have just applied at WES for document by document evaluation but would like to change it to course by course evaluation. I have tried contacting there customer support but they still have not responded yet. I need an urgent reply and help on how do I change my order. I cannot cancel the order. Please help me.

[ Thank you for your effort to get this resolve, however The WES have told me that they will not send my original copy back to me because it's not their policy when I spoke to two of their representative, they do not have a fair staff and it is very rude and without consciousness that they would see an original copy of my transcript and discard itI understand that it's not their fault but as I am in desperate need of getting my evaluation done I sent in my original transcript.It is very sad to know that without any form of consideration these people just discard of my transcript after constant request. If I Should Get Another Copy Of My Transcript It It Will Cost Me Over $Who will be paying this?I think they should change their policy or make it as an important headline rather than putting their requirements under helpful hints. On this case, World Education Services (WES) GUESSED as to ***' start date This is the problem and when a professional organization who is supposed to certify accuracy of transcripts there is no room for making guesses (especially when they guess wrong) Yes, *** had the evaluation for sometime, but a ** year old foreign student who doesn't understand *** rules or US admissions policies shouldn't be expected to find and fix WES' errors Foreign students are told they have to pay a lot of money for WES to do their job and when the report is completed the kids are of the understanding that it was done right and the student is moving on to the next step of the admissions process Our school did catch the error but not until very late because we didn't start talking to him until very late WES has corrected their error; but they have not admitted their error and I would say that my frustration is warranted when they mess up and several people are scrambling last minute to compensate for this error I don't understand why the evaluator didn't just pick up the phone to call ***' school and confirm his start date (or simply transcribe exactly as it was written on his original transcript) I don't waste time to write up complaints, but this is at least the 3rd time in the last months that I've had problems with WES not getting things done accurately or timely or communicating during delays I will note that once I got a call back from WES, *** *** who I spoke with was understanding, prompt, and communicated very well I compliment her!
