Not to thrilled with the quality of my service as of yetThey have not lived up to any of the claims they said they would do so far, ie- calling me every months to check on how everything is going with my computer systemI believe I started with the company this past October and paid the $for an entire year of support to prevent malware, viruses and maintain a secure systemSo far I have had to call like every other month because I am continuing to have problems with my wifi- either really slow or not letting me onThey keep telling me that my security has been compromised- but they are responsible for the security to remain safe and un-corruptedFeels like I am being scammedOn top of every single time I call them to re-address the security breach they try to get me to spend more money on some other kind of serviceNot very happy and will probably not be renewing a contract with them in the coming yearI would not recommend them to anyone.!

Review: Since I have been using them they have been extremely difficult with whom to workThey are extremely arrogant, snobbish, don't listen to me, don't answer questions, jerk me around, ignore what I say, are repeatedly uncooperative, defensive, and don't produce the service which they pontificateIn some instances they have been revengefulEach time I have used them they go from one person to another person and everything has to be repeated several timesSometimes they don't seen to know what is going on but still keep pontificatingThey seem to like to talk about things that are not related to my problemThey can't zero on the problem and solve itA session with them drags on sometimes for hours and when that is mentioned, they deny it or shrug it offThey don't know when to stop talking and listenI have never had a session with them which did not leave me angry and frustratedThey are very difficult to understand, the connections are bad and often breakup, there is a lot of static, and there is a lot of talking and background noiseIn my latest encounter it took approximately four hours talking with them to reach a conclusion, they denied such, and then they said they couldn't help me, and then erased the information they gave me to supposedly solve the problemThey them blocked my phone so that I couldn't make callsWhen I have complained they have refused to acknowledge the situation and talk to me as if I were an itThey behave as they are always right and I am to be judged and treated by themI am always the one behaving badly.They sent to me incorrect information about the length of of my contract and after phone calls and e-mails have ignored the mistake and done nothing to correct itService with them has always been slow and time consumingI have tried several time to give them the benefit of the doubt and improve their serviceIt has never happenedI wish I had never heard of these people and hope I never have to speak to any of the technicians againI should like to cancel this service and get my money back for the time remaining on my contractThey seem to live in their own world and state of denial and everything is to revolve around themThey don't seem to know the importance or share my definition of customer service or who is paying themI have considered legal options and that possibility is still on the table.Desired Settlement: I should like to cancel all contact with them and give a refund on the time left on my contract and newer have any contact with them in my lifetime

Review: I phoned the company about my whifi issues with my netgear. They told me that they could help me by cleaning up my internet, and my router issues, they charged me a $100.00 for the service.They told me the issue was resolved, when in fact it was not, they said they called me 10 times to let me know that the issue was not resolved.I never recieved the phone call from them, if they had called then why no message on my answering machine. When I phoned them today they said that they couldn't fix my issues, and they had tryed to call me several times, when I asked them why they hadn't left a message he didn't answer. I ask if they were going to fix the problem, and he said it was passed the one month garentee, and I said, well it was never fixed you told me that you had not resolved the issues, but he still wanted me to pay to have it fixed. I was told by another company that their business was a scam and he showed me the information on my computer.I'm sadden by all of these companys taking advantage of people, and not following through with what I paid them for. The problem still exits, and now I have to hire another company to fix my problem. They never took care of the problem, they didn't follow thru with their word. I feel this compay is a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like my $100.00 back

On top of every single time I call them to re-address the security breach they try to get me to spend more money on some other kind of service.... Not very happy and will probably not be renewing a contract with them in the coming year. I would not recommend them to anyone.!

Review: 11/20/14 @ 8:47am I phoned the company that said they were [redacted] but they weren't [redacted].

They connected to my laptop to diagnose and verify the problems. They told me that my laptop system was corrupted, I’ve hacked and also my laptop has operating system boot problems and they will fix it by cleaning up my internet, changing router passwords, formatting and reinstalling operating system, fixing system infected with virus, backup and recovery, etc. They mentioned they were the only people that could fix it for $300.00 as Level 2 Support. I said this amount doesn’t work for me as I’d better to buy the new laptop. After that they offered the discounted price of $140.00 to fix everything. I spent almost 6 hours on a cell phone (from 8:47am to 12:03pm) and my laptop providing the remote access. Around noon they told me the issue was resolved. I went to the computer to check it out, and I found that the issues were not resolved: pc doesn’t work proper, they didn’t make anything, many programs/processes were stopped and didn’t work, and also [redacted] found the same viruses again. Then I called them @ 12:51pm (I spent 102 min!!) to let them know that the issues were not resolved at all;

I requested my money back because they didn’t fix anything! The guy started yelled at me and I was told that I’ll not get any money back because they fixed the issues. When I’ve explained my laptop had the same problems that were 6 hours ago. They went again through the remote to my laptop and after they got a prove my pc still had the same problems, I was told if I want to get money back it could be only one way if they remote my laptop back to the condition where it was by 8:47am. It was enough for me: I was not able to spend more hours or the rest of day sticking to the laptop and cell as I have to work ( I’ve already canceled couple clients ).

This company didn't follow thru with their word, didn’t fix anything but charged me $140.00. I feel this company is a scam.

I have to mention that I was able to fix the router issues included the new router password with the real [redacted] Company at free any charges.Desired Settlement: I'd like to get the refund $140.00 to my credit card as they didn't fix my laptop issues.
