in Chandler. See [redacted] and he will order you a key under our account. I will pay for it. I'm unable to order keys for cars I do not own. You will need to have both the vehicle and the registration with you which you won't have yet because you just bought the car a few days ago. I would suggest a little more patience before jumping to conclusions. Things don't always work as fast as you or I would like them to. The key will have to be ordered. I've reviewed [redacted] response and once again he is being dishonest. Not only did he and [redacted] tell my husband we would get a full refund and when I spoke with [redacted] the next morning on the phone he explained to me I'd get a full refund. There is no way my husband would have just thrown away 2500.00 . I still want the difference between the purchase of the tires and the warranty which they issued. I've also been to a [redacted] dealership and [redacted] both places have advised my tires need to be replaced (they are not safe for me to drive) and there is no way I'll get 15000-20000 miles . I've attached the report from both companies. The report from [redacted] showing as well my brakes need to be replaced as well.

As we stated on the phone you will receive a check for the difference in payoff once we receive a title from the lienholder. As of 1/7 we have not received the title. Once we do, a check will be promptly issued. As to your other issue with the wheel and tire package I was very clear with your...

husband that there would be a ride penalty and he purchased them knowing that and after driving the car. We never told anyone that they could simply be returned if you didn't like them. When you expressed concern about the wheels I offered a solution to your husband to exchange for a warranty and he agreed. You do not need brakes on your car. There is not a brake wear light on in the dash. You do not need tires. There is plenty of tread depth remaining. I would recommend going to [redacted]. They can do your brakes for less than $400. Have a nice day. Thanks, [redacted]World Motors

I can provide phone records that proves I contacted World Motors within the 15 day time frame, I even received a refund for the warranty they sell, I asked for a refund on the warranty because I reported the problem and researched it and found that a draw on the battery was not covered, all within 15 days. [redacted] instructed me to go to pep boys where the battery was under warranty. Pep boys refused to replace the battery because they said the battery was fine and there was a draw on the car. [redacted], I followed [redacted]'s directions and went ahead and got a new battery from BMW. [redacted] the Service adviser informed me that his mechanics in fact found the battery to be bad, [redacted] informed me that the battery needed to be replaced and "registered to the computer to function properly". After receiving this response I went to BMW on 5/22 requesting documentation stating that the battery was registered because I did not see it on the service not. I was helped by [redacted] this time and he in fact told me that on my model of BMW the battery does not have to be registered not the computer like I was informed. I was upset and spoke with [redacted] the supervisor who refunded me money for being over charged with labor, I will follow an additional complaint on BMW if they cannot help me tomorrow after they flat out lied out lied to my face, I am predicting negative outcomes similar to the ones I have had with world motors. I will attach the service request showing the amount I paid BMW for the battery I was instructed to buy from [redacted] within the warranty period. The battery I got from BMW is now dead as of this morning (what a surprise). I am going to take the battery to BMW and request a new one and additional paper working stating there is a draw on the car. there has been since day one and I believe world motors knew about it. I know the car is a lemon, I want to return it before I get seriously injured driving it.

Brian was so easy to work with and made the process short and sweet. We purchase

an extended warranty for our 750, when we needed to use it the warranty company wanted to deny the claim. Brian called the warranty company directly and the issue was resolved. I will refer and purchase more vehicle from World Motors.

World Motors guarantees all of our vehicles for 15 days or 500 miles, whichever occurs first. We are in full compliance with Arizona's Implied Warranty of Merchantability. We have never been shown this vehicle since sale and have no way to verify any of these complaints. This vehicle was out of the...

warranty when we were first contacted by phone about this issue. Unfortunately there is no warranty coverage for this claim. This vehicle was fully serviced prior to sale. World Motors installed a brand new [redacted] battery as part of normal maintenance on the car. [redacted] is an OEM battery replacement and does not need to be "connected" to the computer. Whoever told you this is lying to you. Replacing a battery has zero effect on any modules in the car. All car batteries die after a period of time and are replaced all the time. This battery is fully warranted by the manufacturer. It does not cause $3k in damage to the vehicle to replace a battery. These are separate issues. While there is no coverage for this item, World Motors would be more than happy to have it repaired for wholesale dealer cost which would be considerably less than any quote you are receiving. Bring the car by so we can take a look at it.

Review: On 4/17/2015 We purchased a 2013 Smart Car (Stock # [redacted] & VIN #: [redacted] ) with 20 miles on it for $13,000. from World Motors [redacted] Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85257. (###-###-####) www.WorldMotors.net

We feel that World Motors has substantially misrepresented the nature, equipment and accessories on the 2013 Smart Car (Stock # [redacted] & VIN #: [redacted] ) we purchased from them on 4/17/15.

We understand that Failure to Disclose is considered false advertising under the [redacted] whereas if a representation is "untrue as a result of the failure to disclose a material fact?" Therefore, we are under the impression, false advertising can come from both misstatements and partially correct statements that are misleading because they do not disclose something the consumer should know.

Also we've noted that, Flawed and Insignificant Research Advertisements based on flawed and insignificant research are defined under section 43(a) of the [redacted] as "representations found to be unsupported by accepted authority or research or which are contradicted by prevailing authority or research." So apparently, those type advertisements are false on their face?

To establish this accusation, we point to the following irregularities: (1) false statement of fact(s) both in writing and verbally were made about the vehicle we purchased (Stock # [redacted]) on 4/17/15. (2) those statements were deceptively posted on World Motors' Web Site, and collaborated in writing, via E~Mails and verbally by both [redacted] (Owner) and [redacted] (Salesman). As interpreted by both we Senior Citizens, residing more than 100 miles away, as a lure to entice us into visiting World Motors, where even more verbal deception was perpetrated to get us to purchase vehicle (Stock # [redacted]). (3) That written & verbal deception definitely affected our final decision to purchase vehicle (Stock # [redacted]). (4) World Motors' deceptive advertising involves automobiles in interstate commerce, whereas they sell their cars in many other States & Countries. (5) World Motors' deception has resulted in a financial loss regarding our purchase of vehicle (Stock # [redacted]) that would not have incurred had their verbal claims & advertisement not been misleading. In combination, we Seniors were subjected to falsely written ads, E~Mails & statements Both of which were, on their face & implicitly false. We possess a “Paper Trail” of false & ½ true E~Mails and Web Ads on this matter if needed.Desired Settlement: To resolve this matter we would appreciate being “Made Whole” on the ADVERTISED “Deal”! World Motor's BOTH Advertised and sold us, Both Verbally & via E~Mail, a vehicle that contained more options than they actually delivered on 4/17/15. Again, World Motor's Advertisements, Verbal & Written E~Mails all acknowledge & support that the Smart Car we purchased had the following ASSESSORIES INCLUDED for our agreed upon Purchase price: Premium Sound System w/ CD Player and iPod Input, Bluetooth Audio and Bluetooth Phone Connectivity, Xenon Lighting, Daytime Running Lights, Keyless Entry w/ Factory Alarm and Immobilizer, Both Key Fobs' & the Cargo Cover that comes with the "Comfort Package". Also they stated that we had a WARRANTY which was good thru 2/26/19 when, in actuality it is only valid thru 1/20/18 according to [redacted].

Sadly, After Repeated efforts to get the Owner, [redacted] to reply relative to just ONE (1) Replacement Key Fob, No response has been received to date. This leads us to assume that World Motors' position is,...Caveat emptor. So, it is our intent to negotiate getting ALL of the Above Stated delivered by World Motors via this Revdex.com process prior to taking Legal Action.

I did not get a response from them yet as it has only been 3 business days and sometimes it takes them a little longer to track them down. Apparently you feel this is too slow for you. Go to the Smart dealer in Chandler. See [redacted] and he will order you a key under our account. I will pay for it. I'm unable to order keys for cars I do not own. Review: I purchase a 2012 [redacted] Benz S Class on December 22, 2014. The purchase price was for $44,900 and we also purchased sport tires for 2495.00 The evening of the 22nd while my husband was signing sales contract

both [redacted] and [redacted] advised him if I didn't like the ride with the sport tires he would receive a full refund. Upon my arrival that evening I drove the car down the street and immediately decided I didn't like the ride. I called [redacted] the next morning approximately 9:45 that's the earliest they answer the phone and advised him I didn't like the tires. I asked if he could provide me with a warranty for the same value as the tires 2495.00. He said no problem have your husband bring the car in

and we will change out the tires and give you a warranty for 2495.00. They gave my husband the warranty and when he got home I noticed the value of the warranty was only for 1075.00. That is a difference of 1420.00. My husband called [redacted] and stated that we wanted to be refunded the difference, [redacted] said he would not do that.

On the purchase contract World Motors had a pay off my trade for $26,465.39. They actually only paid off $25,437.91. When we asked about the difference (1027.09) we wouldn't get that until they received the title which would take approximately 7 days. As of today we still don't have the difference.

[redacted] stated that the tires they put on my car should be ok for 15,000-20,000 miles. I just picked my car up from the [redacted] and we were advised the tires need to be replaced now along with new brakes a cost of 3000.00

They have a theft and integrity issue.Desired Settlement: I want the difference between the pay off and what they charged me on the sales contract 1027.09

The refund difference on the tires 1420.00

Compensation for new tires 1500.00

Response:

As we stated on the phone you will receive a check for the difference in payoff once we receive a title from the lienholder. As of 1/7 we have not received the title. Once we do, a check will be promptly issued. As to your other issue with the wheel and tire package I was very clear with your husband that there would be a ride penalty and he purchased them knowing that and after driving the car. Response:

The tires are noted as having 4/32" of tread remaining. That is 40% of tread wear. If you want to replace tires at 40% then you are more than welcome to but would be wasting your money. The brakes show between 20-50% of wear remaining. If you want to replace your brakes at 50% then you would be wasting your money as well. As far as being dishonest you are hearing what you want to hear. We have never once told you anything dishonest and I don't appreciate the name calling.
