Review: They are unprofessional, rude and have very unethical business practices. They told me if I used my debit card to pay for my two (2) airline tickets that they would charge me an additional $40 dollars for each transaction. Never have I heard of such a thing. Then they insisted my husband send them a check and they would purchase my ticket on their company credit card- at this point my husband had already sent them the check, I was made aware of this after the fact. At that time, I called to ask them why they don't get charged the fee but I did. It did not go too well after that conversation. Furthermore, the representative then added an additional $200 dollars to my second ticket so I decided to cancel that flight and only purchase one flight. I then told her that they are to void that check and not deposit it since I would not be purchasing that ticket. I did not put a stop payment on that check because I did not think they would fraudulently run it through their bank. They cashed the check and claimed they needed the money and that they would cut me a check for the full amount. It has now been 10 days since this transaction and I have not received my refund. I am now out almost $1400.00. I work in the legal field and am well aware, this is not ethical nor is this legal.Desired Settlement: I am demanding they overnight my refund.

We are as World Of Travel Inc. is a professional 9 years old company.

We received letter from you ID# [redacted]. As we spoke on the phone yesterday the situation concern our company.First of all [redacted] and her family are our clients over the years. In the letter they claim that as two airline ticket we charged as $ 40.00 for each tickets, those are for our service charges for everyone which was included her ticket.

She was also writing and saying of $ 200.00 charge which was after she bought to ticket. After she bought to her ticket little while latter she wanted to exchange her ticket earlier dates because [redacted]'s mother was sick.During exchange process on the ticket there was a fare difference as $ 200.00 which is Airline Panalty! Because of the change the date ticket was more expensive.

May,[redacted] 2013 [redacted] wanted to buy an other ticket for [redacted] and he told us he didn't have any money that he wanted to us to help them about issue her ticket.He said they were going to pay in couple of days. After that we issued [redacted] ticket with the company owner who is MRS.Mine Anlar's personal Credit Card. As a company policy we don't do this kind of favors to any our clients. We were just trying to help them than [redacted] send a check to our company one week later than couple of days he suppose to sent to us.

And then there was an other family member that they want to send their son with [redacted]. We made reservation as they told us a child.Total amount for the child ticket $ 1,316.00 . [redacted] send us the check before we issued the ticket. Everything was okay from our side because we trust them. We deposited the check our company account because we can not issue the ticket until check has to be cleared in our account, in the mean time we tried issue the child ticket when we put his birth date our system gave us warning that he is not a child anymore because he past 12 years old. For that reason his ticket went up as a adult price from child price

which is $ 204.00 more.After we tried to explained to them they didn't want to except the new price which is all their mistake they told us a child in the beginning. After that they wanted to get the check back which is immediately paid back with our company check same day the check was posted, but we found out that they give us a wrong address at the first time.The second time we send it again and then we saw that they already cash the check as $ 1,316.00.

As in the letter we received they say that total amount $ 1,400.00 that is incorrect amount. I would like to make a note on that .

When I spoke [redacted] he was telling me personally her daughter [redacted] was very disrespectful young lady she even doesn't respect him and her mother also in there household. And all those things are going on she called us on the phone she was very very disrespectful to me and my coworkers. After that I called [redacted] to explain the way her daughter talks to us and I can not except the words she used on the phone. [redacted] apologized to us on behalf of his daughter.

As we trying to understand this particular family we tried as a company we always respect them and help them in any way possible. Any other problems from this family on this letter we are certainly not accepting any accusations at all.

At this matter We would like to dispute this case.
