World of Wonders Day Care Center

Review: My children have been attending World of Wonders Day Care Center in Canonsburg since June of 2012. There have been three occurrences of my billing statement being incorrect. I am notified that my account is delinquent via a letter. Each time, I have to go through my records and provide proof of all of my payments. The errors result in the facility charging me several times for the same week. In the memo space of my check I document the week that I am submitting payment to try to avoid their inability to do their job. It is obvious that these efforts have been done in vain. I also track all of my payments on my own spreadsheet as we were advised that they do not provide a year end proof of payment for tax purposes.Desired Settlement: I am not asking for any type of compensation. I would ask that the facility updates their system to better be able to track payments. Also, it may not be a bad idea to have an outside billing company instead of the facility directors daughter.
