I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have received your response from Wowi Direct and agree to a refund. My debit card used in the transaction has been changed to a different number, but with the same bank so we need to set up a way to receive the refund. Once the refund has been received and confirmed then those remarks will come down, BUT NOT BEFORE. I wasn't able to respond as I was gathering evidence from my Vocational Rehabilitation Services counselor and out of state on business since April 23rd, 2014.  I am doing this long distance away from the place of my residence as my husband and I are away to the place where my husband has training for a military function. I apologize I did not have all of my information in front of me and needed more time to get the scanned in documents from my voc rehab counselor. These are the documents. There will be more than one email. No promises. I am attaching the scanned in PDF of the 6 pages stamped with date received so there will not be any argument. I am also attaching photos time stamped from my phone from Wowi direct's page. These will both be before and after shots and in no order. I am also attaching pictures from the web captures from web.archive.org as according to what they saw from wowi direct. I do not trust Wow Direct to be truthful here. Furthermore calling me and what what I said slanderous remarks, I also want an apology from them. A three way phone call where you (Alexandria Mosley) will be present and Wowi direct for that apology so we will all be on the same page. One of these pictures will have my receipt from the transaction in question. That is for your eyes (Alexandria Mosley) only at least for the transaction receipt capture. This is to show the purchase amount and the transaction Id#. If Wowi Direct would like to present their copy then that is fine. I give permission. Let me know if there is any other documents that you need or if these attachments do not come out. Hopefully they will agree to these terms and we can resolve this matter.

We made good efforts to work with [redacted] in addressing her issues. She complained that her report was only 5 pages but it is 12 pages. I can’t send her report due to confidentiality unless [redacted] gives us permission. We stand by our product but if [redacted] is unhappy we will give her a refund...

provided she removes slanderous remarks from social media and does not make any future postings. Furthermore, we ask that [redacted] not contact us again.

We offered her that and now she has other demands. [redacted] biggest complaint seems to be that the report printed only 6 pages. The number of pages depends on the size of the font. Ask Heather to login and reprint the report in a normal size font. The report will be the length specified on our website. We have gone to great lengths to satisfy [redacted] but it seems she does not want to resolve this so we withdrawal our offer of a full refund.
